It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The lady at reception was extremely courteous and helpful.Her brother as well was kind and helpful.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything.
Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Accessing the room on the fourth floor via stairs was somewhat tiring; considering the price, it was acceptable!

If you want to be right in the heart of the action, then this is the perfect location for you. We loved our balcony.
Personally it was a little loud late at night for us. The staff member Lin just made our stay amazing. Such a lovely and helpful lady.

Clean and really nice staff!

Cons:

Just next to beer street, so it gets very loud at night. I had a room facing the street and had to use earplugs to fall a sleep.
