Pros:

Room was spacious and the tv actually worked. Nice big bathroom and bed. Also great prices

It’s close to the old quarter, the room was okay, first room we’ve got had no windows, however they changed it for us. The owner was nice, staff don’t speak English. It’s alright to stay for a night.

the things we enjoyed were the smart TV that has Netflix, having a fridge and kettle, friendly staff

Cons:

strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room, the staff speak very little English but this wasn’t too much of a problem and the bed was very uncomfortable

Pros:

Decent hotel. Close to everything in Hanoi.
Had a short stay of 7-8 hours since needed to go to airport. Due to some language gap I paid less amount to the reception man as on Booking.com I saw without taxes. But owner was kind to not to complain next day.
