A stylish and quality hotel with an exceptional staff.
Pros:

From check in to check out, the staff was top notch. The restaurant was delicious. I had the 3 course lunch and it was beautifully prepared and just as delicious. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. I used the gym and it was clean and in good working order.

Gaan er met plezier nog voor een nacht terug
Pros:

Locatie is om de hoek van o.a. Trainstreet, Old Quarter. Verder gelegen stukken goed te doen via Grab of taxi die hotel graag voor je regelt. Hygiëne is goed, personeel is zeer betrokken en welwillend, Ontvangst warm nadat we een zeer vervelende Booking taxi ervaring vanaf vliegveld hadden gehad.
Ontbijt is volledig met warm/koud alleen de standaard koffie die in de kan op een plaatje pruttelt niet echt lekker maar tegen betaling is Cappuccino etc te bestellen. Bedden zijn goed, kamers leuk ‘ Boutique’ ingericht.

Enig minpuntje is de gehorigheid

Great hotel for some days Hanoi
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all the main sights. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

In addition, the staff go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Nice hotel with good staff centrally located in old quarter.
Pros:

This was the nicest hotel of the three we stayed at in Hanoi. Room was pretty but very small.

Cons:

Room was small and balcony that we paid extra for so tiny it was unusable.

We had a wonderful stay at Aira Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. The level of service was excellent, with friendly and thoughtful staff who made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Our room was beautiful and very clean, and the hotel itself is in a fantastic location—close enough to the Old Quarter to explore easily, yet quiet and peaceful at night. It’s also just a short walk to Train Street and several other interesting sights. A lovely place to stay in Hanoi and we would happily return.

Super Hotel für ersten Aufenthalt im Hanoi
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft an sehr zentraler Location - wir konnten von dort fast alles zu Fuss machen. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Dachterasse bietet tollen Blick über die Stadt. Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns hier ganz klar.

Cons:

Hatte extra ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht. Leider haben wir dann direkt (max. 20 cm Abstand) an eine andere Hauswand geschaut und hatten daher kaum Tageslicht oder frische Luft. Etwas schade aber nicht weiter schlimm.
