Séjour excellent.
Pros:

Un emplacement super pour profiter du centre d’Hanoi, à quelques pas de la rue du train et du centre historique.
Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine (même si elle n’est pas hyper grande).
C’était très propre, très confortable.
Personnel aux petits oignons.

Cons:

Il faudrait simplement rajouter quelques rangement de plus dans les chambres et 2-3 portes serviettes (quand on en est à demander ça, c’est que pour tout le reste on est vraiment très bien =)… )

Pros:

Late check in fini alle 12. Ci hanno concesso l’uso della doccia nella Spa anche dopo il check out. Stanza molto grande, silenziosa e con tende oscuranti perfette per un buon riposo.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. The place itself is beautiful and so close to the centre of the old quarter. There is a sky bar with great views over the city and a nice swimming pool too.

Cons:

The sky bar was a little expensive in comparison to other bars in the area, but the place was brilliant all round.

Best beds for ever - best sleep.
Pros:

The beds and its sheets. Never sleepy better.

Cons:

We had to change room due to smell of mould smell in the family room. We had a free upgrade which was lovely and saved the stay. I wouldn’t have stayed in the room being given to us first.

Highly recommended hotel for central Hanoi
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Great decor, stylish rooms and excellent breakfast. Staff bending over backwards to help with everything , even when we came back from a trip to Halong Bay and had to kill a couple hours before going to airport they offered we could come back there and they watched over our luggage while we went out and could even take a shower when getting back. We had a family room which was very decent size and had great beds.
