Great location for a few days in Hanoi
Pros:

The service from the staff was excellent across the whole hotel and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast offered a great range and something for all tastes.

Cons:

The pool is tiny and there are just 5 sun beds. The hotel photos don’t show this very accurately and make the facility look a lot bigger than in reality. If having a pool and somewhere to relax is important to you then you might want to consider going somewhere else. However, the location made up for this in my eyes so it is impotent to get the right balance for yourself

A superb location and comfortable stay in the heart of Hanoi.
Pros:

Great location and quality of accommodation. The restaurant is first class. The staff kindly prepared the room specially as it was our honeymoon!

Pros:

The bed was so comfy and the rooms were clean . Staff were lovey . Pool area was a bit small but other than that it was a great stay . Location , breakfast and service was excellent

Tolles Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird großteils frisch zubereitet und ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer hat etwas laut gerattert und nicht ordentlich gekühlt. Der französische Balkon ist wirklich nur winzig. Beim Pool gibt es nur 3 Liegestühle.

Amazing place to start my trip - No regrets!
Pros:

The room was wonderful, but the staff were even better. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, they provided us with the most attentive and thoughtful service we could ask for. Recommedations of local attractions, restaurants, services, etc. were all provided to us. The room was restocked with free water bottles and soft drinks daily as well. The location was very convenient in that it is located on a large road, allowing for your Grab or taxi drivers to easily pull over and pick you up. There is a bank atm down the block in case you need to withdraw money. Also, the old quarter of Hanoi is just a short walking distance away, so it is very explorable on foot.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints about the room, facilities, or services provided. I thought everything was exceptional and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
