It is very clean and exactly like the photos. Comfy clean bed, kettle, AC, hot shower.
It’s about 10 minutes from the entrance to Ba Vi national park.
The receptionist was lovely and very helpful.
Be mindful that it is located off the ‘busy’ main road with lots of trucks. In Vietnam they love to honk and the trucks can be quite loud. This is true for all of VN, bring earplugs.
The breakfast is a limited choice of Pho or Banh Mi. Both were great though.
breakfast was not provided every morning and when pursued it was really insufficient 1/10 for breakfast
-Safe in my room didnt work
- I had a someone with a swipe card enter my room and start poking around qt 5am before fleeing - so zero scope for safety/security
-Almost no English language anywhere in hotel.
the property was clean and well maintained. staff were helpful
the breakfast was not so great and when I went down around half way through service there was no food left. there are also few places to eat around and nearby. the hot water did not run for very long and the bath was quite short (I am 5’4” and found it short)
Our deluxe room was spacious, comfortable and very well presented. We appreciated the lift and daily room service. The hotel is about 10 km from Son Tay in a very dusty area with limited restaurants and shops. During our visit there were very few guests in the hotel, so there was no buffet breakfast, just a single choice.
Everything was fine.

Breakfast was good and served on time. Location was perfect for my needs, with a great restaurant directly across the stret.
Room temp could not be set below 22 C, but with a heavy comforter on the bed, it was so hot. I asked for the thermostat to be changed and the hotel staff forgot to do so. Water cooler in the lobby was in direct view of hotel desk, but still it was often empty and I had to ask for the water jug to be changed.
