Personale TOP, ma per il resto non ci tornerei
Pros:

Il personale è gentilissimo, molto simpatico e ti danno un sacco di consigli per goderti al meglio sia il parco nazionale di Ponga che del Pico d'Europa. È l'unico aspetto per cui merita la sufficienza.
Il ristorante (a pagamento) è molto buono ed è perfetto per un relax dopo delle giornate trascorse a camminare in montagna.

Cons:

Purtroppo, la struttura è datata e non ci sono i servizi base che deve avere un hotel oggi: camere molto piccole che ci sta solo il letto; non c'è il frigo in camera e né in una sala comune (se per sbaglio non hai portato dell'acqua, devi aspettare alle 9:00 quando apre il ristorante); si sente tutto quello che fanno nelle altre camere dallo sciacquone ad altro.
Le terme erano chiuse per manutenzione, ma è stato comunicato al giorno dell'arrivo, senza neanche un gesto verso i clienti.
C'è la possibilità di avere il pranzo al sacco, ma puoi ritirarlo solo dopo le 9:00 quando apre il bar e chi va in montagna di solito si alza presto.
Il prezzo è troppo sproporzionato per la qualità che offre (200€ solo per pernottamento con bagno privato). Inoltre dal lato della nostra camera non girava aria, quindi faceva caldissimo ma non c'era neanche un ventilatore.

La ubicación, esta en un paraje natural precioso.
El personal es estupendo, muy amable y atento.

Cons:

La accesibilidad por carretera para ir a otros destinos es complicada. Muchas curvas y mal estado de algunas carreteras.

Pros:

Bea nos atendió muy bien y el camarero, Jorge, también. El entorno es precioso, pero no hay nada que hacer. Si quieres tranquilidad, es lo mejor.
La comida es muy buena.

La habitación era enana y el colchón muy viejo.
