Pros:

Tout était parfait, le personnel, un fabuleux buffet pour les petits déjeuner, tout était fait maison, le restaurant excellent. La vue sur le lac majeur de la terrasse du restaurant est très dégagée, beau panorama.

Cons:

Peu de chaises longues au bord de la piscine, premier arrivé, premier servi.

Schöner Ausblick von der Terasse, netter kleiner Pool, praktischer Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Der Vibe in der Unterkunft war etwas seltsam, das Personal kaum bemüht bzw. nur am absoluten Mindestmaß interessiert. Wir haben auch einmal im hoteleigenen Restaurant gespeist, wo - wie beim Hotel insgesamt - das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gepasst hat. Unser Zimmer war mit “Whirlpool” angegeben, der nicht funktioniert hat. Insgesamt war die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nächstes Mal landen wir wieder im nächsten Ort, Angera.

It is such a charming hotel! Everything from the building, the terrace, the view, the staff, the italian charme. I loved it. It's a bit tricky with parking in the evening because I assume that restaurant guests use most of the parking space, but overall it was a perfect stay! Such a cute place. The breakfast was lovely and the staff as well. I would definitely come back.

Joli hotel agréable avec un bémol
Pros:

La chambre était très agréable avec de gros efforts sur des détails ( linge de lit... serviettes pour la piscine etc ) et le petit déjeuner au top !!
Piscine sympa avec une jolie vue même si c'est très petit autour

Cons:

Alors que établissement est de haut niveau j'ai trouvé que ce n'était pas le cas à la piscine ;
il n'est pas demandé de se doucher et des jeunes garçons se baignent en slip sous le maillot . Niveau hygiène on n'est pas du tout au niveau de l’hôtel et personnellement çà me gênait !!

Une très belle étape que nous recommandons.
Pros:

Excellents petit déjeuner et dîner dans un beau cadre avec vue sur le lac. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. En plus, plusieurs membres parlent français, ce qui n'est plus aussi courant qu'auparavant en Italie. Belle chambre climatisée. La proximité du lac (3 minutes à pied). Embarcadère pour bateaux en direction des Îles Borromée à 9h45. Bien se renseigner pour le retour.

Cons:

Le parking est un peu compliqué, mais le Personnel est très coopératif pour l'aide des bagages.

Alles in allem war es ok doch denke ich für das Gebotene zu teuer aber halt am See somit doch Ok ?
Pros:

Das Frühstück war für Italien ganz o.K. Die Lage unmittelbar am See ist toll. Die Aussicht unseres Zimmers auf den See ist Super. Es hat ebenfalls einen kleinen Pool. Leider war der kleine Whirlpool nicht in Betrieb.

Cons:

Unser Essen hat leider nicht gepasst. Unser Steak hatte nicht die versprochene Qualität. Wir hatten nur eine halb runde Badewanne ohne Duschstange somit war das Duschen problematisch. Der Balkon mit Nachmittags und Abendsonne hatte leider keinen Storen oder Sonnenschirm man kann es somit in der Sonne nicht aushalten.
