Din păcate, realitatea nu corespunde deloc cu ceea ce este prezentat pe Booking.

Cons:

Informațiile afișate pe Booking nu corespund realității. Pozele par vechi și nu reflectă starea actuală a camerelor.

Facilități listate, dar inexistente: minibarul nu există, barul nu există, iar din cele 3 restaurante afișate funcționează doar unul.

Baia este foarte veche și neîntreținută, cu urme de rugină, negreală/mucegai și materiale degradate. Din articole de baie este oferită doar hârtie igienică.

Balconul este trecut ca facilitate, însă este impracticabil, necurățat de zăpadă și nu poate fi folosit.

Check-out-ul este afișat pe Booking până la ora 12:00, însă în hotel se impune ora 10:30, cu afișe puse în cameră, ceea ce induce clienții în eroare.

Deși copiii sunt declarați bine-veniți, atmosfera este ostilă pentru familii, cu numeroase afișe de tip „nu este loc de joacă”, care afectează confortul șederii.

Comunicarea cu administrația este dificilă și neprofesionistă. După plecare, factura nu a fost transmisă nici după 2 zile, deși datele au fost lăsate la recepție și s-a promis rezolvarea.

Per total, șederea a fost afectată de lipsa de transparență, facilități inexistente și o administrare slabă, care nu corespunde clasificării afișate.

Personalul a fost receptiv la propunerile noastre,camera a fost curată, și faptul că se află în centrul stațiunii este un atu pentru acest hotel.
