Pros:

無い

Cons:

部屋が暑過ぎてクーラーが効かず、冷えない。
電源コンセントが少ないし、使いにくい場所にある。
いわゆるワンルームマンションをホテルに用途変更した形で、エレベーターは無く、避難経路も分からず、一般的なホテルとは言い難い。

Pros:

L'hotel è fuori dal centro di Tokyo ma la stazione della metro è proprio affianco per cui è facile raggiungere le varie mete. L'appartamento è comodo, abbastanza fornito e il manuale per l'uso dei dispositivi è chiaro.

Cons:

Le scale sono ripide e strette per cui si fa fatica a salire con le valigie. L'appartamento è per due persone ma è presente solo una sedia per cui per i pasti bisogna sedersi sul letto. Sarebbe utile che all'accoglienza ci fosse qualcuno che sapesse parlare un'altra lingua oltre che il giapponese.

Was really convenient location wise. It was the best location near the station.
Easy check in check out. Very clean.

Cons:

A new kitchen sponge would have been nice. And only had two kitchen bowls for dinnerware. Two plates would have been nice too.

Genel olarak aranan her şey var
Pros:

Otel çok merkezi, tozai line çıkışının hemen yanındaydı, otel odası çok temizdi, çamaşır makinesi de vardı. Sadece oda 3 kişilik için küçüktü ama genel olarak çok uygun bir otel.

Cons:

Oda küçüktü.

Nice clean room. Metro and lawson right next to the hotel, very convenient. Washing machine available in the room. A/C quiet. Amenities available in the reception.

Pros:

地下鉄駅近くでコンビニも隣にあり、立地が良かった
コインパーキングも真裏にあり、料金も安かった
チェックイン時間内に行けなかったが、臨機応変に対応してもらえた

Cons:

窓際やコンセント回りにホコリが沢山あった
浴室乾燥機がついていたが、一晩中起動させても乾かなかった

Piccoli appartamenti molto accoglienti
Pros:

Posizione comoda, proprio affianco all’uscita della metropolitana.
La proprietaria è davvero gentile e molto chiara nelle spiegazioni.
Più che un hotel sono piccoli appartamenti ma dotati davvero di ogni necessità per il soggiorno.

Compact, efficient, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel is very well maintained. It seems quite new. The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, hob and fridge. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great. They also didn't have tiny styrofoam balls in them.
It was good to have our own washing machine and a drying room. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful at explaining how everything worked. The apartment was compact but worked well.

Cons:

There's a bit of road noise noticeable in the morning.
2 chairs at the table, not just one would be good.
2 plates or two extra larger bowls, not just 2 small bowls would be better for self catering.
