Hyggelig personale, relativt lav pris på oppholdet - noe som ble speilet på kvaliteten av leiligheten.
Pros:

Beliggenheten var bra. Hotell bemanningen var veldig hyggelig og ganske behjelpelig. Stor veranda.

Cons:

Det var stort sett bare kaldt vann i dusjen. Det var maur i leiligheten. Mye vannskader på gulv og møblement. 2 av 3 A/C funket dårlig. Mye kluss med wifi ordningen, og de gangene wifi fungerte var det av svært dårlig kvalitet.

La semplicità premia, soprattutto se nel pulito
Pros:

Avevamo il check-in alle 16:00 e abbiamo avvisato l’hotel che saremmo arrivati in anticipo.
La signora che ci ha accolto ci aveva già sistemato la stanza, e’ stata davvero molto dolce.
La camera è modesta, semplice. Sembra un mini appartamento in quanto noi avevamo il terrazzino al primo piano e il bagno molto ampio e con finestra.
Una camera dove puoi respirare dotata di armadi e sedie per appoggiare i vestiti.

Non mi lamento di nulla, la semplicità premia soprattutto quando la pulizia e’ ottima

Bell posto! Proprio al centro, ma tranquillo e comodo andare al piede da per tutto.
Vicino c’è anche parcheggio per la macchina.
Camera bella, pulita, comodissima

Appartamento carino e tranquillo con vista.
Posizione ottima.
Ci siamo stati con una sedia a rotelle e, a parte gli 8 scalini per arrivare all'ascensore, la struttura è accessibile, come anche la zona intorno. Dall'Hotel, infatti, si accede direttamente alla camminata sul Lungolago, larga e pianeggiante e si può proseguire fino alla piazzetta con ristoranti e locali.

Остановились в гостинице на одну ночь. Решили провести утро на Комо. Номер был с террасой сидели пили вино, ели пиццу и смотрели на озеро. Круто! Номер хороший, похоже что не очень давно делали ремонт. Хорошая большая кровать. Белье новое и чистое. Хороший душ. Сам отель не выглядит свежим, но, видимо ремонтируют номера постепенно. Сам городок шикарный, не большой. Везде пешком можно пройтись. До центральной улицы 5 минут пешком, до вокзала 15.

Cons:

Из минусов отметил бы завтрак. Вернее голодными не остались, но удовольствия не получили. Из приготовленного только варёные яйца. Все в персональных упаковках. Т.е. не приготовили, а привезли. Кофе удивительно не удачный, кофемашина как на вокзале. С учетом, что при гостинице есть хорошая пиццерия с кухней, можно было бы добавить немного внимания и получился бы вообще шикарный отель. Завтрак с видом на озеро, свежий капучино, свежая выпечка и огонь!
