Quiet and relaxed. Clean and modern room. Lovely, well looked after property with nice grounds and plenty of free, secure parking right outside the entrance. Breakfast was really lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.
It will remain my first choice when staying in Leeds.
Leeds city centre is not particularly easy to access by car since parking is limited and so the property may not be best placed if that is your reason for visiting. However, this is offset by how quiet and relaxed the hotel is. You can always get an Uber into town.
The area was great for what we wanted somewhere just outside the city with parking where we could taxi into centre to see an event.
No bar as under renovation works.
Run down rooms and furniture that hadn’t been updated or repaired, mould spots on bathroom roof, marks all over coffee table like child drawn all over it, chairs in room no padding and carpets in hallways looked dirty and ripped everywhere.

Sometimes slow service, especially when it's not very busy.
Early check in, we'll organised, excellent location, we attended a wedding at the venue.
We were staying in a deluxe room, ( room 10 )
Our window view was a pitched roof 3 metres from our window which blocked any view.
The Bathroom was well equipped but no shelves for toiletries what so ever.
Tha water from the basin & shower was only warm and not the required temperature.

Event on until midnight and not notified at booking … apparently told I was emailed the day before I booked?
Generally needs a good lick of paint/ okay if stating for an event but as an external guest pretty disappointing quality for the price

hotel is beautiful, suite was really comfortable and very clean.
food choice was poor, limited menu, a few items not available making the situation worse. i felt it was limited and should have offered a bar menu for the night. people away with work don't always want a la carte. Too fussy.
A wonderful building and grounds. Very helpful staff and the breakfast was very nice.
Can’t fault a thing I had a very comfortable stay there the room I had was very spacious great 4 porter bed that was really comfortable reception staff friendly
