Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in pretty grounds. Friendly staff, excellent food, stylish room with comfortable bed.

Poorly run , dated rooms , no air con , staff overstretched ... very disappointing
Pros:

Surroundings , very pretty , shame that the surroundings did not match the stay in the hotel

Cons:

Hugely understaffed , boiling hot room with no air con and a tiny window , TV remote did not work , lift broken , had to run up an down to reception 3 times , couldn't find staff on reception or bar so had to gate crash the wedding party to get a member of staff to assist me . Fire alarm went of at approx 00:30 . Did not stay for breakfast because I was so disappointed with the whole experience

Awful, avoid at all costs!
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

The room we booked was not available. The room we were given had stained carpet and was dirty. The manager who was on call was extremely rude to her staff member who tried his best to help us.

Overall the hotel was poorly run, dirty hallways with a damp smell and poor management

Pros:

We stayed in the honeymoon suite.
Fabulous bathroom and bed was so comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little quiet and dark in the dining room. A bit more ambiance would make it perfect.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Sehr gut klimatisierte Zimmer, welche in die Jahre gekommen sind. Die Putzfrauen machen, was mit einer solchen Einrichtung möglich ist.
Die Lage an der U-Bahn ist toll, man kann mit der Linie bis zum Kolosseum fahren.

Cons:

Der Aufzug war die gesamten vier Tage ausser Betrieb und es hat nicht ausgesehen, dass eine Reparatur vorgesehen wäre. Zudem hat der Durchlauf-Toaster ein sehr nerviges Geräusch im gesamten Frühstücksraum verbreitet. Das mit Hinweis auf die Nachhaltigkeit die Wäsche nur alle drei Tage gewechselt wird, aber der Fruchtsaft in Plastikbechern ausgeschenkt wird.

Truly one of Leeds best kept secrets.
Pros:

Quiet and relaxed. Clean and modern room. Lovely, well looked after property with nice grounds and plenty of free, secure parking right outside the entrance. Breakfast was really lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.
It will remain my first choice when staying in Leeds.

Cons:

Leeds city centre is not particularly easy to access by car since parking is limited and so the property may not be best placed if that is your reason for visiting. However, this is offset by how quiet and relaxed the hotel is. You can always get an Uber into town.
