Pros:

Das Personal war hilfsbereit, überaus freundlich und hat auf Anfrage schnell reagiert. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet was wichtig ist und sauber. Die Lage ist top. Nur wenige Minuten zum Dom u.a. Das Frühstück war ausreichend für den Start in den Tag.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab belegte Brötchen. Besonders gut fand ich, dass Hafermilch vorhanden war und es auf Wunsch auch vegane Aufstriche gegeben hätte.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat extra gekostet, das war vorher nicht ersichtlich.

Mit gutem Restaurant im Haus, eine Institution am ort.gutes Frühstück

A nice stay to enjoy a visit in Mainz and in the area for a couple of days.
Pros:

The situation is ideal in the old Mainz city. Comfort and service are nice. Possibility to drink nice wine and have dinner in the cosy Weinstube at the ground floor of the hotel with warm atmosphere.

Cons:

In the pedestrian street just in front of the hotel, some people can be noisy in the middle of the night, so a bit disturbing for a nice sleep.
The breakfast is nice and diverse, but some bread and butter (and not only ready made sandwiches) would be appreciated.
There is no parking place direct in the hotel, but some parkings not too far of the hotel are suggested.
