Pros:

Staff were brilliant.

Cons:

When we arrived the room we were allocated was very small, radiator didn't work properly. We discussed with accomadation manager and were moved very quickly to another room, which absolutely fine.

Pros:

Quality of breakfast was not the best. Skin on top of porridge suggested it was not freshly made. Items in the cooked breakfast were burnt.

Cons:

Welcome was good - as was the service for our evening meal.
