Prachtige ervaring
Pros:

Geweldig verblijf gehad.
Ruime luxe kamer met groot tweepersoonsbed en nog een extra eenpersoonsbed.
Goed gevulde minibar.
Prachtig uitzicht op het meer en de bergen.
Wanneer de dagjesmensen weg zijn is het heerlijk rustig en kun je er mooi wandelen.
Vriendelijk en kundig personeel.
Het eten was erg lekker.

(De kok kan zo goed koken dat je er jaloers op wordt.)

The location was spot on. The buffet breakfast was excellent and they even served soup. The staff were very kind and helpful. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine as a gift. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel in posizione fantastica proprio sul kanyon, avevamo la camera con vista lago, veramente bellissima. La camera é grande, si capisce che stanno apportando delle migliorie, sarebbe da rivalutare dopo. Personale all’accoglienza e nel ristorante dove si fa anche la colazione inclusa, veramente gentilissimo e cordiale. Colazione buona e varia

La camera è grande ma andrebbero risistemati gli arredi, il riscaldamento era spento e faceva un po’ freddo ma sotto le coperte si stava bene. Bagno un pò piccolo, la doccia aveva il doccino rotto e “riparato” con nastro isolante nero che non teneva nulla e spruzzava acqua da tutte le parti. Penso che con un po’ più di attenzione a queste cose l’hotel sarebbe bellissimo.

La situation sur le lac, le calme la nuit, le restaurant sur place car il n'y a rien d'autre dans les environs

Cons:

Accès difficile en voiture, parking vite saturé. Longue distance à parcourir à pied sur un chemin plus ou moins pavé pour accéder à l'hôtel. Chambre petite sans table ni lampe de chevet. Confort minimum

Precioso e indispensable.
Pros:

El lugar era increíble, en plano cañón y con desayuno incluido.
La habitación es suficiente para dormir y descansar.
Las puertas del cañón cierran a las 20h, pero puedes acceder más tarde con la tarjeta del hotel si os vais a dar un paseo.
Hay muchas actividades alrededor del hotel.

Cons:

El parking no estaba al lado del hotel y no recomendamos subir más que con una mochila ya que el camino no permite llevar una mochila.
Nuestra ducha tiraba agua por debajo, aunque intentaron solucionarlo (no se solucionó).
El desayuno no es muy amplio en opciones.

Beautiful canyon but difficult to get to with luggage
Pros:

Quiet when day tourists went home, secluded, comfortable

Cons:

Hardly any gluten free or vegan options for buffet breakfast or dinners, it was very difficult carrying luggage along the long, cobblestone path. We asked for help, but they wouldn't help us except for carrying our bags up and down the hotel stairs.
