Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There wasn’t even the smallest thing that could have made us uncomfortable. Anyone visiting Skopje should definitely stay here.

Le cadre est incroyable, la vue et l’ambiance de ce lieu… dépaysant!
Le personnel est génial! Souriant, accueillant, efficace, l’accueil a été parfait.

Cons:

J aurais aimé être prévenue que l’établissement est à travaux… manque de finitions au niveau électrique dans les chambres, restaurant bâché, où il fait froid malgré des chauffages d appoint, restaurant qui ferme à 19h et du bruit… les employés ont été au top pour contrebalancer ce désagrément mais petite déception de ne pas avoir été informée avant mon arrivée

Tercih edilebilir ama akşam yapılacak pek aktivite yok. Çevrede yerleşim de olmadığından akşam odaya yerleşip kalmak ist

Çalışanlar harika ve aşırı yardım sever insanlar. Restorana bölümünde çalışan ve otelin genel sorumlusu olduğunu düşündüğüm hanımefendi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Sanırım kış sezonu olduğundan tadilat vardı ama yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar.

Cons:

Akşam yemeği için restoran kapanma saati biraz erkendi. Akşam yemeği rekabet olmadığı için biraz pahalı geldi. Odada maalesef bir akrep vardı.

Pros:

Personalul amabil, mancarea foarte buna desi scumpa. Lacul este frumos, plimbari cu barca sau caiac.

Cons:

Lipsește aerul condiționat, in camera caldura a fost groaznica. Camerele sunt mici, peretii incalziti, este un ventilator care nu face fata, iar la etaj este de nesuportat.
La baie nu era sita de tantari, in camera sita era doar pe jumatatea geamului. Tot intrau insectele.
