Pros:

On a eu droit une très belle vue de Ta Van de notre chambre. Déjeuner était très bon! Il sert le dinner également avec supplément. C’est très bon!
On peut marcher jusqu’à la rue des restaurants et boutique en suite continuer dans les sentiers. Tout se fait bien à pied

Cons:

Bei diesig emund schlechtem Wetter sind die Zimmer sehr feucht, kühl, es trocknet nichts. Es ist nur ein Wärmestrahler u d rine heizdecke vorhanden. Der Wärmestrahler hat aber nicht genug Leistung um ausreichend Wärme und Luftbewegung zu erzielen.

Pros:

Wir fanden diesen Ort klasse und waren begeistert vom Zimmer, Balkon und Ausblick. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut und wir konnten unsere Motorräder sicher parken. Wir wären gern noch eine Nacht länger geblieben, aber es war bereits alles ausgebucht. Wir können dieses Guesthouse uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Un rifugio magico tra le nuvole di Sapa.
Pros:

Sapa Plum Eco House è un luogo davvero magico. Nonostante il brutto tempo che ci ha accompagnati per tutto il soggiorno, io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo goduto appieno della calma incredibile di questo villaggio. È il posto perfetto per chi cerca pace: riposarsi con una tazza di caffè, leggere un libro o fare una passeggiata rigenerante.
​Le camere sono arredate con estrema cura; l'uso dei blocchetti e del legno trasmette quel senso di tepore e conforto che solo i veri luoghi di montagna sanno dare. Note di merito per il comfort termico: il riscaldamento efficiente e la piacevolissima coperta riscaldata ci hanno fatto dimenticare completamente il freddo e la pioggia battente all'esterno. Un’esperienza rigenerante che consiglio vivamente.

Cons:

La scarsa insonorizzazione della camera, ma preciso che vengono forniti dei comodi tappi per le orecchie per sopperire al disagio.

Adoré notre séjour, dans cet établissement et dans la région!
Pros:

Surtout l’hôtesse Rose, très gentille. Elle s’exprimait très bien en anglais et était toujours disponible pour nous donner des conseils ou suggestions. Aussi, nous avons pris tous nos repas au restaurant de l’hébergement et la nourriture ainsi que les choix et présentation étaient parfaits.

Cons:

Je pense que les murs ne sont pas très bien insonorisés et deuxième nuitée, les personnes dans la chambre voisine, parlait fort et très tard dans la nuit. Un manque de respect pour les autres, mais avec des bouchons dans les oreilles on a réussi à dormir quand même.

Walls are thin as many others said but it’s a village, there is outside noise and animal noises. Earplugs provided but it’s not a big issue

Ta Van und Sapa sind aufregend und spannend - zu empfehlen
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns die Gastgeber. Die zwei sind so lieb und hilfsbereit, das ist einfach schön.
Das Essen ist auch sehr gut gewesen.
Die Lage, auf das kleine Dörfchen gesehen, ist auch perfekt. Wenn mal kein Nebel ist, hat man einen wundervollen Blick aus dem Bett.
Im Bett gibt's eine Wärmedecke, dazu der Blick im Winter, ist einfach traumhaft und cozy.
Wer mehr Aktion mag sollte direkt in Sapa wohnen.
Wir lieben die Ruhe und tauchen gern in die Welt der Einheimischen ab, das kann man hier sehr gut machen.
An sich ist Ta Van und Sapa sehr spannend und alle Einheimischen sind offen.

Cons:

Vielleicht die in der Toilette integrierte Dusche. Im Winter dauerte es sehr lange bis das Bad und die Toilette trocken waren.

Lokalita, ma to krásnou atmosféru s výhledem. K dispozici jsou i přímotopy a nahřívací madrace, když je zima. K ubytování patří taky výborná restaurace, kde je i super snídaně s velkým výběrem.

Cons:

Dveře úplně netěsní. Na zemi jsou koberce, pro lidi s alergií na roztoče by to mohl být problém.

Pros:

Die Lage des Homestays ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Sa Pa (25 Minuten mit dem Grab), aber liegt dafür in den Reisfeldern in einem der Top Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Sa Pa. Das Bungalow war top. Sogar mit Heizdecke und Heizlüfter falls es zu kalt gewesen wäre. Rollermiete war auch möglich (Subunternehmen mit etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Scootern).
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl. Essen wird auch serviert, es gibt aber auch genügend Angebote direkt ums Eck.

We loved the complimentary breakfast and the location. It is located in a lovely with cute restaurants and stores.

Cons:

The rooms are not sound proof at all so if you have a loud neighbor, it is hard to sleep.

Beautiful views, clean rooms, friendly family and good food!
Pros:

The family were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view. We loved the location - near gorgeous treks and cute restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was so good! We also asked if they could make us a vegetarian hotpot (which wasn’t on the menu) and they were happy to accommodate. It was the best hotpot we’ve ever had and for such a good price.

음식이 전반적으로 맛있음, 위치는 숙소 들어가는 골목에서 조금 헤매서 골목 입구에 푯말이 있으면 좋을거 같음
2층 단독 방갈로가 멋있었고 관리가 잘 되어있으며 가격이 아주 저렴함
여름이었으나 에어컨이 없어도 덥지 않게 지냈고 온수가 아주 잘 나옴

Cons:

숙소 관리는 잘 되어있으나 앞에 논이 있고 나무가 많아서 날벌레나 개미가 엄청많음
