Pros:

Kamarnya luas,kamar mandinya juga,yang paling bagus adalah breakfastnya.ada pho tiap hari,and all the buffet menu is very delicious.sekitar banyak restoran enak,5 menit jalan kaki ke moana

Cons:

Lokasinya agak sedikit jauh dari center,sekitar 12 menit jalan kaki.air panas di kamar mandi juga cepat habis.staff kurang bisa berbahasa inggris

I had a very pleasant stay at Sapa Grand Hills Hotel. The room was spacious, giving plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. I also really liked the room aesthetics—it was well-designed, modern, and visually pleasing. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore Sapa and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Cons:

The only downside was the limited vegetarian options at breakfast. While the food that was available was fine, having a few more vegetarian-friendly choices would greatly improve the breakfast experience for guests who don’t eat meat.

It was a frustrating experience. We left a bag with clothes on the floor and the bag disappeared. I told two employees about it and nothing was done. I hope hear from the hotel soon.
