Место напоминает детский пионер-лагерь на море. Те кто хочет понастольгировать, велкам. В целом все понравилось, вежливый персонал, просторные чистые комнаты, огромная своя территория, с беседками, большая парковка для машин. Не слышно шума дороги, идеально чтобы выспаться

Pros:

Great price. Very friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel at home. We were given the key immediately upon arrival with no complications. There is plenty of parking space at the entrance of the hotel. The room was quiet with a garden view. The bathroom was big and clean.

Cons:

The common kitchen looked a bit messy. However, we only stayed in the hotel for one night and we didn't use it. Maybe there is need for a small curtain to cover the small window above the room's main door.

Cons:

Malgré notre réservation, nos chambres avaient été attribuées à d'autres personnes à notre arrivée. Le gérant s'est montré désagréable et de mauvaise foi. Mauvaise expérience, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Very good and quiet hotel where you can get in touch with nature
Pros:

Just one street away from the town centre with a big supermarket called ZIM, if I remember correctly, nearby. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel accepted card payments, although we'd prepared cash. The room was big and seemed even bigger than described in the room details displayed on Booking. There's a big garden around with some Soviet-era benches. Good local and countryside views.

Cons:

The road leading to the hotel looks like it has just been through a war. Shower water is not very hot

Nice calm budget hotel
Pros:

A nice budget calm hotel in the centre but a few buildings away from the main street of Sevan. They have also a farm with happy chickens, rabbits and cows.
The owner is a very interesting person with who you can discuss a lot about any topic.

Cons:

The water is quite often not really hot, between 25 and 30 C usually (they use solar panel heaters, I guess in the hot sunny days it will be hot).
