Pros:

Es war richtig schön dort. Klein aber fein. Alle sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück einfach aber völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten 2 tolle Tage dort.

Pros:

Amalia is a good option for a short stay in Berat. The room was clean and comfortable, the owners were very friendly, and the location in the middle of the old town is excellent. The food in the Amalia restaurant was also really delicious. Parking is available nearby for around 500 ALL per day, but there is no free private parking.

Breakfast was quite simple and repetitive, with eggs, some cheese and tomatoes each morning, but still perfectly fine. The bathroom is integrated into the sleeping area and completely enclosed by glass, so there is very little privacy. This is clearly visible in the photos and was not a problem for us.

Cons:

The main downside is the noise from the restaurant downstairs, which can be heard in the room until after midnight due to the poor soundproofing. If you are looking for a very quiet place, this may not be ideal. For one or two nights, however, the price-quality ratio is absolutely reasonable.

Een fantastisch hotel
Pros:

Een fantastisch leuk en gezellig hotel, verscholen in een pittoresk straatje van Berat. Kamer en badkamer helemaal leuk en tip top in orde. Het personeel was ontzettend aardig en lief. Ontbijt was heerlijk en wat we zeker aanraden is om daar s'avonds te eten. Alles is vers en zo smaakvol. We kregen zelfs iets te eten mee voor onderweg toen we een dag naar een waterval gingen. Als we terug komen dan boeken wij zeker weer een kamer!

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje was dat bovenin de vide van de kamer het erg warm was, de airco had niet genoeg capaciteit om daar te koelen.

Logement dans le quartier de GORICA.
Pratique pour visiter Berat.

L'hôtel restaurant est à taille humaine, il dispose de 3 ou 4 chambres tout au plus.
A noter que le restaurant propose un menu unique pour le soir, un mixte permettant de découvrir les spécialités albanaises (peut être idem pour le midi)

Cute little hotel with a great location.
Pros:

Very nice small (only 3 rooms!) hotel in Berat. The rooms are very modern and comfortable and while we had been warned that as they are directly above the restaurant it can be noisy we found it fine. Perfectly located for wandering the lanes and alleys of the old town.

Cons:

While we made friends with some of the local stray dogs (very cute), they woke us up at 5am with their barking :-(

Perfecto para unos días en Berat,
Pros:

Estaba limpio y la ubicación es excelente, El personal es increíblemente amable. Y el restaurante es delicioso!

Cons:

Estábamos en la habitación para 4 personas pero en el altillo hacía tanto calor que era imposible dormir. La higiene en la ducha podría mejorarse.

Was hat mir gut gefallen?

Ein sehr schönes, kleines und familiär geführtes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente und einer hervorragenden Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Goriza. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die jüngeren Familienmitglieder sprechen sehr gut Englisch, sodass die Verständigung problemlos war.
Wir kamen spät an und wurden trotz des vollen Restaurants sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein Tisch wurde uns noch bereitgestellt und das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker. Auch auf unsere Gluten- und Kuhmilchunverträglichkeit wurde sehr aufmerksam eingegangen. Für nicht in Anspruch genommenes Essen wurde uns sogar ein Rabatt gewährt. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber man konnte zwischen 4 Eierspeisen wählen. Der späte Check-out bis 12 Uhr war ebenfalls sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Schwierige Parksituation, alle öffentlichen Parkplätze waren bei unserer Ankunft Samstagabend belegt und es gab lange Staus. Leichter Renovierungsstau im Bad.

Posizione molto buona e cura dei dettagli nella location

Cons:

I titolari dell hotel hanno anche un ristorante nello stesso stabile. La nostra stanza dava sul cortile in cui c erano alcuni tavoli e praticamente si sentiva tutto. Il che sarebbe stato sopportabile se la cena fosse finita a un orario consono col fatto che ci sono persone che dormono. Ma l ultimo tavolo, molto rumoroso, è andato via solo alle 12.30 di notte e il personale ha poi inevitabilmente fatto rumore per pulire tutto ecc fino all 1 di notte inoltrata. Consiglierei ai titolari di mediare meglio le esigenze delle due attività chiudendo la cucina a un orario che permetta a chi soggiorna di dormire in tranquillità. Consiglierei anche di trovare una soluzione al forte odore di cibo che permea la stanza.

La camera poi era molto piu piccola delle dimensioni segnalate.

Per il resto, posizione, cura dei dettagli della stanza e prezzo fanno salire la valutazione. Per chi verra dopo di noi spero che si risolva il problema rumore: senza quello la valutazione sarebbe stata un 9 pieno. In bocca al lupo per tutto.
