Pros:

I liked the location and my view from the balcony the staff were polite.

Cons:

The room was so close to being nice. The lighting is awful, if that is important to you to me it is and the toilet in our room was literally in the shower.
Breakfast was okay.
Let's just say that for Albania you can get a better hotel at the same price.
But if you just need a place to stay that's in a good location this will work.
The parking is public, it is right outside the hotel on the street, we came off season so there was parking for us but in season I doubt that all the guests will manage to find parking considering it is also the parking for the restaurant

Highly recommend
Pros:

Amazing location, clean, totally wonderful staff (everyone we met was so kind and helpful), delicious breakfast (simple but includes both savoury and sweet products). There is an AC and a really hot water, and you can get electric kettle, glasses, hairdryer or whatever on request. Really great view from the hotel terrace and non-typical interior

Las vistas de Berat.
El desayuno incluido y delicioso!

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña, apenas cabe la cama.
Tiene un olor a humedad/guardado... incluso en algunas partes nos parecía que olía a pis de gato.

Budget friendly hotel in Berat with nice breakfast
Pros:

The location is excellent and easy to reach. This hotel is perfect for those who want to have beautiful view of Berat old city without having to climb too many stairs. The hotel is equipped with modern facility, such as private bathroom. There is no lift in this hotel. Breakfast is included in the price & was buffet style. It was simple and good value for the price paid for the room. The breakfast room is on the top floor and you can have a beautiful view of Old town Berat while having breakfast. Water pressure & hot water is excellent.

Cons:

Our room did not have fridge. Wi-fi connection is poor and keeps losing connection even though we are in the top floor of the hotel, so it is not reliable.
