Pros:

El personal era encantador. El desayuno un espectaculo. Muy serviciales en todo momento. Habitaciones amplias y limpias y camas bien. El baño no tragaba muy bien el agua pero bueno si esperas un tiempo bien. Nos sentimos cuidados por los propietarios

El barrio es malo. El ambiente regulero. Por la noche unos jovenes se reunen frente al hotel y se pasan toda la noche riendo y charlando que es imposible dormir incluso durante nuestra estancia a las 00
00 echaron fuegos artificiales en mitad de la calle...muy desagradable aunque eso no sea culpa del hotel.
El parking "privado" que mencionan en la acera de la calle. Esta muy alejado de las cosas que visitar en Berat.
Las ventanas ni tienen persianas ni cortinas suficientemente opacas por lo que es imposible vestirse o desvestirse en la habitacion que nos toco que daba de cara a la calle y por la mañana bien temprano entra mucho sol

Pros:

Hôtel très convivial. A 5 min en voiture de Berat. Patron et sa femme hyper sympa, petit déjeuner authentique et très bon. Si vous voulez visiter la ville sans la cohue touristique, je vous recommande ce lieu absolument.

Hotel Shpella et sa grotte : une expérience à vivre à Beirat !
Pros:

On a aimé l'accueil du couple malgré la barrière de la langue ( ils ne parlent qu'albanais ) ainsi que la propreté de la chambre
Bon petit déjeuner .

Cons:

La situation géographique: loin du centre ( voiture indispensable ) et quartier en chantier total .
Le style fausse grotte préhistorique est surprenant, très " kitch " !!

Would recommend if you want to see the real berat
Pros:

The room is small but has a great balcony. You are outside of berat but in a very lively area. We really liked the place and felt welcomed. There are Lots of Cafés around.

Cons:

The bathroom got wet after the shower. But thats all.

Cons:

They did not take card payments and were a bit rude with their desire for cash payment upfront. I guess afraid of being taken advantage of. I almost left, though we figured something out eventually, then they were nicer.

Pros:

Very friendly owners and very helpful. They offered to keep our milk etc in their own fridge (the room didn't have one). Ample breakfast, sparkling clean and free parking available. Mini markets on both sides! Nice balcony for sky gazing...

Cons:

One of the beds was broken, only a bottle of shampoo provided for showering and hand washing...
