Gostei da originalidade da casa, linda, com paredes de pedras, muitas janelas e da linda vista, para o rio, ponte e para o castelo.
O café da manhã é ótimo, servido diretamente na mesa, com fartura e tinha ovos fritos, pão quentinho, bolinhos típicos feitos na hora, geléias e frutas.
A localização é excelente, em frente ao Rio, próximo a restaurantes e lojinhas de souvenir.
O proprietário é muito atencioso, simpático e contou-nos sobre a história da casa.

Det kan blive et virkeligt lækkert sted. Hvis der kommer styr på personalet, og alle forstår hvad kundeservice vil sige.
Pros:

Fin beliggenhed og fine faciliteter.

Cons:

Vores værelse var meget lille. Der var en dårlig stemning, og personalet skændes.

Emplacement parfait , hotel avec beaucoup de charme. Petit déjeuner copieux . Receptionniste acceuillante.

Cons:

Chambre proche de la cuisine donc risque de bruit de vaisselles..
Personnel pas tres sympa hormis la réceptionniste tres accueillante.

Area was lovely and the actual building hotel was lovely. Was in a great location and easy to find.

Cons:

The walk up to the hotel is very difficult if you had suitcases, and then the walk into the Hotel is even harder. The receptionist barely acknowledged us as she was busy texting. There was other staff around but none offered to help with our cases instead just stood texting. When we finally were showing our room it was up more stairs and the receptionist met us with a credit card machine and "You pay now" "Mini bar is extra". I had booked this Hotel to celebrate my Birthday and asked at the time to book a nice table in restaurant to be told "We don't take booking until you arrive" Anyway we went out to look around and on our return the receptionist said can I help you as she didn't recognize she had actually booked us in an hour earlier. When i did ask her for advise on taxi service she told me " Google it". We went to restaurant that night and service was not great and food was terrible. The only friendly staff member was the bar man who knew what he was doing. Im sorry I would not recommend this restaurant at all.oOur room was supposed to be Luxury but the window is straight above the noisy part of the restaurant and across the hallway from the kitchen so even at 11.30 at night the banging of dirty plates and the noise from the restaurant was bad. Would not recommend in any way this hotel 0.01 stars

The view from the bar is beautiful. Location is outstanding.

Cons:

Our room was in-between two kitchens of a very large restaurant trying to attract as many people as possible. The room is literally sitting above the main restaurant kitchen attic. It did not feel 'boutique'. To sleep, you need to listen to waiters shouting to each other right outside your door and loud music past midnight, at 3am then starts the glass cleaning and sorting and all the noise that comes with it.

Pros:

Mooi hotel en kamer met uitzicht op het oude centrum, prima locatie, dichtbij voorzieningen.

Cons:

Vooral het personeel was ongeïnteresseerd. Bij het inchecken voelden we ons niet welkom en we kregen geen informatie. Personeel lijkt te lui om te werden, waren vooral bezig met hun telefoon.
