El personal super desagradable. Habia cucarachas en la habitacion, se lo dije a la de recepción y vino de mala gana y diciendonos que era ridículo que tuviera que ir a sacarlas.

Pros:

It's actually very central, and it has a lot of shops around. The spa is a plus

Cons:

The room was really humid and the AC made a lot of noise, also was dripping water. They got it fixed but after telling the receptionist twice. The bathroom was a wetroom, meaning that everytime you take a shower everything gets super wet and they don't provide towels to dry it, and it wasn't advertised like that in the photos. For me sadly that is a deal breaker because there were a lot of times that I almost fell with how wet the floor was after taking a shower.
Most of the staff is really nice, but there's a guy in reception who doesn't speak english or any other language and doesn't even make an effort to communicate with a translator app, he was super rude to my friend because we wanted to use the spa and we didn't have slippers or robes and my friend tried to explain what we wanted with the translator but he just said we were asking for too many slippers (we were 3 people hence we needed 3 robes and slippers and he only gave us two robes and not slippers)

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The location is perfect – right in the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops.

The hotel also offers a very pleasant jacuzzi and sauna, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

A special thank you to Anna, who welcomed us with exceptional kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was always ready to help with a smile. Please send our warm regards to her!

Wenn man einfach Sofia erkunden möchte, ist das die beste Möglichkeit, preiswert zu übernachten!
Pros:

Wir haben zwei Mal innerhalb von 10 Tagen dort übernachtet in zwei unterschiedlichen Zimmern.
Die Zimmerausstatung in dem einen Zimmer im Parter war super. Im ersten Stock war das Zimmer kleiner und die Austattung etwas älter, dennoch war es sauber und für unseren Aufenthalt hat nichts gefehlt!
Die Lage ist unschlagbar, und zu diesem Preis absolut top!!!
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und denkt immer mit.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht viel zu bemängeln. Im Zimmer oben könnte man einige Verbesserungen machen, aber dies wurde durch absolute Sauberkeit und super funkiotnierende Klimaanlage kompensiert. Alles gut!

Cons:

È estremamente sporca, infatti ho dovuto sollecitare la pulizia della stanza dopo 2 giorni in un soggiorno di 4. Ho trovato due blatte morte in due giorni diversi, è una di questa l’abbiamo trovata dietro il frigorifero dove abbiamo riposto i nostri cibi per tutta la permanenza. La spa promessa include una piscina piccola, fredda, e una sauna spenta, nonostante io abbia chiesto più volte informazioni a riguardo.
