Atitudinea personalului de la receptie si modul rusinos si ilegal in care iti iau banii pentru parcarea masinii, intr-un spatiu privat, tert. Este inexplicabil cum managementul hotelului tolereaza acesta practica.

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni bellissimi a Sofia, l'hotel centrale Point, è davvero facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto con la metro M4 anche di notte.
Con la sua posizione centrale è davvero facile vistare la città senza alcun bisogno di spostarsi con i mezzi, la vicinanza al mercato coperto dove fare una buonissima colazione e al centro dove poter pranzare e cenare rendono l'hotel perfetto.

Staff gentile e disponibile.

Anche la spa piccola ma piacevole, permette di rilassarsi dopo una giornata di cammino, con l'apertura fino alla sera tardi.

Consigliatissimo se si vuole unire cultura e relax.

Cons:

Forse la temperatura dell'acqua dell'idromassaggio dovrebbe essere abbassata di qualche grado, ma del resto tutto perfetto

Posizione ottima vicino alla metro e a pochi minuti dal centro. La stanza abbastanza grande e il letto comodo. La sauna non male.

Cons:

La stanza sapeva continuamente da fumo, anche se il problema principale (risolvibile e adattabile) era la doccia, che disponeva solo del doccino ma non aveva effettivamente una base o una copertura, ogni volta che ci lavavamo il bagno si riempiva d’acqua.
