Our stay at Hotel Ferton in Milan was unfortunately well below expectations. There was no luggage room available—something that should be standard in any hotel. The breakfast was subpar in both quality and reliability; on both mornings, it wasn’t even ready at the stated opening time, reflecting poor organization and service. Most concerning, however, was the presence of mold in the room. It had clearly been concealed behind curtains that were fixed in place and couldn’t be drawn, suggesting the hotel is aware of the issue and is actively trying to hide it. This not only reflects a disregard for guest wellbeing but also raises serious health concerns, particularly for individuals with allergies or asthma. Overall, the experience felt careless and unacceptable, and we would not recommend staying.

The mattress is quite firm.
The breakfast buffet was good. It catered for sweet and savory tastes. The lady in charge of hot beverages was really friendly.
The bathroom needed a new coat of paint and the curtains in the room needed to be fixed.
