I will plan my next holiday here to enjoy more of the facilities.
Pros:

The surounding location is like in a forest. It has resort vibe.
We can have hiking activity there because the area is quite vast.

It has hot water for shower and we can refill our water bottle.

The bed sheet and towel is quite clean.

Parking area is spacious.

It has swimming pool but need to walk quite some distance to get there.

The television offer good entertainment channel with clear TV signal.

Price is quite affordable.

Cons:

The room aisle floor is dirty.

To get to the front office, we must take quite steep and dark stair at night. Need to watch our step when we go downstairs.

The room is a bit tight for 1 adult and 2 children.

Disappointing
Pros:

The environment is good with a lot of trees and fresh air. It was close within 10 minutes to Sentul Internation Convention Center, so it's a plus. The staffs were kind enough to explain and quick to help with our needs, tho some need more fixing on their attitude

Cons:

The room we got unfortunately had a broken freezer in the refrigerator, so it led to water leaking under it and messing the floor. They only provided 1 cup while the room is for 4 PEOPLES and unfortunately they don't have extra cups to get, the bathroom's door is broken, we can't even close it nor open it wide. There's no hot water in the bathroom as well, so we don't get pleasant and comfortable to rest in the resort.
