È stata la nostra prima vacanza in montagna. L'Hotel Alle Alpi lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque.

Pros:

Tutto il personale è estremamente accogliente e disponibile, dalle receptionist al personale di sala, dal barman alle addette alle camere; un grazie particolare a Rossana e Rebecca per i tour guidati che hanno permesso di scoprire angoli incantevoli di Moena. Ottima la pulizia delle camere (risistemate anche dopo cena) e di tutta la struttura in genere. Abbondante la colazione con varietà e qualità e ottima la cucina (non mancate i paccheri con ragù di cervo). Curata e piacevole tutta l area benessere. Comodissimo il servizio navetta per la funivia Valbona, il parcheggio a pochi metri dall'hotel e la vicinanza con il centro. Sicuramente ritorneremo

Cons:

Consiglieri di aumentare di qualche grado la temperatura della piscina per rendere l'esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Odlican izbor za odmor u Dolomitima
Pros:

Izbor jela i kvaliteta je fenomenalna! Na nivou hotela od 5*. Osoblje jako ljubazno. Ugodan spa nakon dana provedenog na snijegu…

Cons:

Mali problem sa grijanjem ubrzo je rijesen. Svaka pohvala osoblju hotela!

Pros:

Ne-a plăcut sejurul. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și foarte atent. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, totul foarte bine întreținut. Mâncarea a fost excelentă, atât la micul dejun, cât și la cină – preparate gustoase, bine pregătite. Servirea a fost ireproșabilă, rapidă și profesionistă.

Cons:

Nu ne-a plăcut faptul că, deși am anunțat din prima zi că nu putem sta toate cele 7 nopți plătite în avans, iar inițial ni s-a spus că se va rezolva, la check-out nu ni s-a oferit nicio compensație pentru ultima noapte nepetrecută .

De asemenea, izolarea fonică a camerei este foarte slabă – se aude tot din hol și din camerele alăturate; cuplul cu copii de lângă noi se auzea ca și cum ar fi fost în aceeași cameră.

Un alt minus este că hotelul nu are conexiune directă către Sellaronda; accesul se face din centrul orașului, ceea ce presupune deplasare pe jos ~800 m cu clăparii și schiurile.

Le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous sommes allés
Pros:

Dès notre arrivée l’accueil a été extrêmement chaleureux et s’est confirmé tout au long de notre séjour. Les repas étaient toujours variés et excellents. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions à l’égard de chacun de nos régimes spéciaux ( gluten, sans sel, etc… - des entrées étaient par exemple préparées sans gluten spécifiquement à chaque repas).
Tout au long du séjour, le personnel attentionné de l’hôtel a été formidable que ce soit pour l’entretien des chambres, pour le service chaleureux et sympathique des repas et du bar , pour la navette nous emmenant au pied des pistes…
Les activités de randonnée organisées chaque jour par l’hôtel étaient variées et se deroulaient toujours dans la détente et la bonne humeur grâce à l’énergie incroyable de Rossanna et Rebecca !
Ce séjour restera un très beau souvenir de vacances en famille!
