la réponse de la direction à tous mes appels a été aimable et efficace.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé la première chambre qui m'avait été attribuée: 1 petite fenêtre donnant sur cour intérieure avec nuisance sonore provenant de moteurs comme climatisation ou autre. Mais j'ai demandé à changer de chambre et la nouvelle chambre était parfaite, plus grande, lumineuse avec 3 grandes fenêtres donnant sur la place. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une personne physiquement présente à la réception.

Was extremely disappointed, not sure how they had 4 stars with the bedding covered in human hair (facial or pubic) and stale towels. There was no one at the property (self check in) and needed up sharing a single bed with my partner

My room was next to the outlets of the AC. This meant that there was a constant rumbling noise right outside my window. Even with window closed and earplugs I still heard it

Great location but falls short in many places.
Pros:

Location great, big room and decent shower. Cafe downstairs was lovely. Using an app to access is very smart. After a week of staying in different hotels, not needing to remember a code is great.

Cons:

Aircon broken, no contact from hotel when issue raised. Shower is lovely but the water sprays all over the bathroom with nowhere for it to drain.

No issues with the noise outside as thats to be expected but internally, I could hear people in the other rooms as well as in the hall. With the hotel being unmanned, it was a little frustrating arriving early and having to wait at the front door for my key code to unlock instead of sit in a lobby/store bags to go explore the city.

Heel cosy ingericht en heerlijke bedden.
Schoon en airco aanwezig
Fantastisch gelegen midden in het bruisende centrum van Breda.
Ontbijt in de naast gelegen broodjeszaak was echt aanrader

Geweldig weekend gehad! Top locatie
Pros:

Het was midden in het centrum en een top kamer

Cons:

Er is niet veel wat mij niet beviel, wel kan ik begrijpen dat als je in een rolstoel zit dat je niet in dit hotel moet zijn. Aangezien er geen lift is en alleen een dunne trap naar boven

Nogal duur prijs/kwaliteit maar goeie ligging!
Pros:

Propere kamer, goed bed met zalig zacht bedlinnen, goeie douche! Perfecte ligging in het centrum!

Cons:

Behang komt los boven het bed, triest uitzicht op gebarsten cementen muur, steile trap, muur naar de kamer van de buren niet geïsoleerd!

Het bed erg hard en lag echt niet lekker. Ik wou een extra kussen vragen. Maar heb het hele verblijf geen personeel gezien. Nu al de hele dag rug en nek pijn.

Pros:

Sehr zentral!
Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind schnell telefonisch erreichbar und haben als wir uns ausgesperrt haben innerhalb Sekunden geholfen.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren durchlegen und die Lüftung vor dem Fenster war laut, sodass schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich war.

Enorm gehorig, 2 nachten op rij om 4 uur ‘s nachts wakker van de bovenburen. Daarnaast een airco van het bedrijf wat onder de kamer aanwezig was die iedere 15 minuten aan ging, dus ook in de nacht. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet goed
