Cons:

Duş alanı yeterince kapalı olmadığı için banyo kullanımı sırasında her yer su içinde kaldı. Zaten banyonun kullanışlı ve konforlu olduğunu da söyleyemem. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde yerde tüy ve saçlar vardı, bu da temizlik konusunda hayal kırıklığı yarattı.

Bu oteli şehir merkezindeki konumu ve 4 yıldızlı olması nedeniyle tercih etmiştik, ancak yaşadığımız deneyime göre 4 yıldız standartlarını karşıladığını düşünmüyorum.

Konumu gerçekten çok iyi olsa da, gün boyunca çan sesi, çöp toplama/atılma sesleri ve akşam saatlerindeki yoğun kalabalık nedeniyle dinlenmek ve uyumak oldukça zordu. Genel olarak beklentimizi karşılamayan bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

Heel prettig verblijf midden in het centrum van Breda
Pros:

Deze locatie is midden in de binnenstad, vlak bij het park, winkels, terrassen en musea. Mooi aangeklede kamer. Fijne bedden. Het is ons heel goed bevallen.

Cons:

We hadden geen uitzicht. En er is geen personeel aanwezig; dat vonden we niet erg, maar het is goed om te weten.

De hotelkamer is slecht onderhouden: de koelkast werkte niet, de douche liet de hele badkamer overstromen, het zeeppompje was leeg en de Marie-Stella-Maris producten waarmee geadverteerd wordt was bijgevuld met goedkope producten. Ook was er geen geluidsisolatie, ik kon het gesprek van mijn buren letterlijk volgen. Ik heb nooit iemand aanwezig gezien bij de receptie die de problemen op zou kunnen lossen.

Prima weekend gehad, de kamer was onder de maat.

Cons:

Ik denk dat dit echt geen 4-sterrenhotel kan zijn. Het was een behoorlijk gedateerde kamer. Er zat beweging in de muur. De kamer was best gehorig. Er was niet (goed) schoongemaakt. De badkamer was best vies, vieze hoekjes en de vloer plakte. De kamer is ook niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf (2 nachten)
Het personeel hebben we niet beoordeeld omdat we geen personeel hebben gezien. Alles moesten we zelf regelen, wat op zich ook prima is gelukt.

Disastrous. Unpleasant experience.
Pros:

The hotel did not send an access code as promised, the phone number they provided did not work, i found myself after midnite without any hotel, booking.com send urgent mail to the hotel which was not responded to. The money for the room was taken from my account. Urgent mails to the hotel were not responded to, also not the next day.

Cons:

The hotel should have provided an access code and a working telephone number. No apologies were offered by the hotel, there does not seem to be a noticable form of organisation related to the hotel. Never seen such an indifference, maybe only once before in many years. There must be something very wrong but what?
