A piece of paradise
Pros:

Location is superb at the top of the town and beach. Loved the lacy white mosquito nets over the beds ! All staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant is the best in town.

Cons:

Having to leave! Its also an awkward place to get to - 8 hours on a bus from Quito. I'd recommend the Vencedores bus from Quitumbe- they have 2 day buses as well as a night bus.

Es war phantastisch ,super Lage, direkt am Strand, beste Menschen, tolle Zimmer, gutes Licht, Steckdosen am Bett,erfrischender Pool,super leckers Essen guter Kaffee und cocktails zum sonnenuntergang-,einer der erholsamen Orte in equador. Preis ist i.o. wunderschöner Garten.

Canoa at It’s Very Best
Pros:

Quiet except for bar next door on the weekends is very loud until 2am. Ask for room away from street or Room 8. Best setting in town. Great food. Beautifully manicured grounds. Wonderful staff and owner is super friendly and speaks English. Watch the surfers at sunset from the bar. Try the Pisco Sour!

Cons:

Nothing bad really. If not accustomed to Ecuadorian slow service it can be a challenge when they are busy. It’s best to go to bar and ask for a drink. Don’t be expect prompt table service. The owner Joost will also look after guests when service is slow or understaffed. The staff are super nice and the food exceptional. We stayed 4 days longer than planned. Call direct for best rates.

So beautiful, like a mini resort in nature by the sea. All staff members were really nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and beautiful. Very relaxing place to be. The food a the restaurant was delicious!
