Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji i fajnie wystawne śniadanie

Powolna obsługa w restauracji.
Nie podobała mi się obsługa podczas śniadania Pani nie donosiła kubków do kawy. Do takiego stopnia, że inni klienci robili kawę w szklankach od soku bo nie było.

Nieuw, mooi gebouw. Alles schoon, prima materialen, mooi ontworpen.

Cons:

Op elke hoek hangen camera's. Alle ruimtes worden continu gemonitord, zelfs in het zwembad hangen camera's. Dat is echt bizar en ik vraag me serieus af of dit is toegestaand.

Coraz gorszy personel.
Pros:

Piękny pokój, wygodne łóżka, ładna łazienka. Generalnie cały budynek bardzo zadbany, super utrzymany klimat.
Zabiegi są dobre, a masaże przyjemne.
Pyszne śniadania, bardzo duży wybór.

Cons:

Byłam w hotelu po raz trzeci, niestety możliwe, że ostatni. Poziom obsługi coraz gorszy. Przede wszystkim kuleje personel. Kelnerki niestety na słabym poziomie, bez ogłady, a w dodatku stale ich nie ma. Jak wychodzą na przerwę, to wszystkie. Po dostaniu aż dwóch złych dan, które zwróciłam, pani kelnerka wzruszyła ramionami mówiąc, że po prostu ich nie doliczy do rachunku. Żadnych przeprosin, propozycji innego dania, nic.
W strefie Wellness trzeba się o wszystko prosić, nie ma żadnej refleksji, żeby uruchomić drugie jacuzzi, kiedy robi się więcej ludzi. Szlafroki pamiętają dawne czasy i niektóre są już całkowicie prześwitujące, pomimo zwrócenia uwagi, że dostałam właśnie taki i równie dobrze mogę iść nago, pani bez większych emocji dała mi randomowy inny i powiedziała, żebym ten stary wrzuciła do kosza na pranie w szatni.
Niestety to już nie ten poziom, który był na samym początku.
