Cons:

La chambre familiale réservée est une chambre du personnel donnant directement sur l’accès public du restaurant et de l’hotel. Il n’y a pas de sécurité de la chambre. Par ailleurs la fenetre de la salle de bains donne sur un couloir public. Nous avons demandé a l’agent d’accueil de changer de chambre car impossible de rester dans cette chambre. La personne a rien voulu savoir car connait tres bien le probleme. Il n’y a aucune intimité malgré le prix fort. Et qui plus est la chambre se trouve sous le restaurant très bruyant de l’hotel. Nous avons donc quitté les lieux sans meme dormir. Grosse arnaque n’y allez pas.

Posto bellissimo con camera vista lago di Garda, camera moderna e accogliente, comoda con un grande letto, staff gentile e disponibile, sicuramente ci tornerei! Abbiamo mangiato anche al ristorante ed era tutto buonissimo e di ottima qualità
