The staff was rude, the bathroom was in pathetic condition, seepage and water leakage out of the bathroom, upon complaint the staff was reluctant and offered another room, strange that when they know the issue even then they are offering the room. Personal I never give rating but really not upto the mark. Better avoid

Ac leakage during my stay thought they have late check in 2 pm. Iron comb , bathrobe not available thought I book premium room. No disco, child play area is too small.

Food is very average especially lunch and dinner. Staff not active. No proper arrangement of car wallet. Need to wait for 15 -29 min sometimes

At checking time , I am booking sea facing room ,but He given ground floor room , how to posible sea showing at ground level . And he told extra money for first floor room .
