Repair work was being carried out near our room despite our complaint. Loud construction noise continued throughout the day, causing us frequent disturbance and giving us a headache.

Rooms are old need refurbishment. They Take Rs 3000 deposit after paying full room rent towards check out time which is unreasonable . Breakfast timigs are bad , check out time is bad

Cons:

Quality of food . Old decor . Mound in room . Leakage in room from rain! Dared decor . Half the entertainment was shut. Breakfast not up to standard compared to pricing and stars on booking dot com.

Pathetic experience except location.

Only the location.

Cons:

All staffs are highly egoistic. The property takes an advance refundable amount of Rs.3000 and that too in cash. But at the time of check-out they take a lot of time for refund. Restaurant’s staff is also very rude.

Location of the property.

Cons:

We stayed in room number 307, duplex room with city view. Our balcony faced the chiller plant. We couldn’t keep the balcony open due to constant noise. Absolute disappointment! Our room’s A/C was noisy with variable flow! Room was prepared for 2 guests when booked for 4..

Near the beach ( not clean)

Cons:

No beer available at property all other spirits available. Buy from outside hotel and allowed to consume at hotel restaurant. Is this for real .
