スタッフの対応
チェックイン前に大きな荷物を預かってもらえたこと
無料の送迎（ユニバメイン、海遊館や道頓堀）

Cons:

全室禁煙（電子タバコは認めても良いのでは？）
喫煙室の朝の掃除
部屋の照明が明るいか暗いかしかなく、調整できたら良かった
スマホの充電もコンセントからじゃないとできないのでその点は不便

朝食バイキングは美味しかった。
2泊したが２日目は少しメニューが変わっていてプリンも美味しくて良かった。
ユニバまで無料で送ってくれるバスが出ていた。
前に見た口コミで２日目は部屋の清掃がされていなかったとあったが、フロントに確認の電話を入れたらちゃんとシーツとタオルを新しいものに変えゴミの回収をしておいてくれた。

Cons:

洗面所の排水口が詰まっていた。こちらで掃除したら流れるようになった。
家族4人で宿泊したが部屋にゴミ箱が１つしかなく不便だった。
