Excelente opción para explorar Tokyo
Pros:

Personal muy amable y siempre muy atentos. Llegué antes de la hora del check-in y me guardaron el equipaje.
Habitación y baño muy limpios, y limpiaban cada día. La habitación tiene un kettle y un mini bar.
La ubicación excelente a pocos minutos caminando de la estación de Ueno. El hotel está en una calle tranquila y no se oyen ruidos de noche.

Pros:

Location was great. Staff were always available at the desk

Cons:

Unfortunately, we’re was kind of a lot of mold in our room. We were intent on booking a “traditional style” room so I can’t speak to the status of the other rooms, but when we arrived, the wall with the window was wet and looked like it had been wet before. There was mold in the bathroom and in the wall with window. It always smelled like a fish tank in there :(

Bit weird but overall a good stay
Pros:

Broadly everything was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

I had two issues. One the room was so tight my partner and I had to take turns using our suitcases. And the other is that we had to give the key back every time we left the building. Which to me felt a bit unsecure.
