First of all this is a love hotel. But that was not even the biggest issue. The room was full of mold. It was nasty. They try to cover the mold with a cheap wallpaper but we could still see the signs. Even the fire alarm was molded.

Pros:

La ubicación es ideal, zona tranquila a pocos minutos de varias paradas del metro, tienes muchas tiendas en la misma calle y sitios para cenar.
Habitación amplia y limpia. El baño es muy grande
Esta a diez minutos andando de Dotonburi

La habitación era grande y tenía bastantes amenities (colutorio, mascarillas para cara y cuerpo, champú, jabón para la cara…)

The location was great in terms as travelling to other areas but is in the Chinese area and can be dirty/noisy
Big room, which is hard to find in Japan

Cons:

This is a love hotel but this didn’t really impact our stay as we didn’t see any clientele hanging around as has been mentioned in other reviews - the issue was the bed! It was really hard and uncomfortable.
The room also had no natural light, which was very disorienting

La Salle de bain est juste incroyable. Un bain à remous avec une multitude de produits de beauté ( masque, crème, huile démaquillante...) à disposition.
l'hôtel est très bien situé à 5 min de domtonburi.
