Con! No spa, no pool!
Pros:

Nice big room

Cons:

The welness and pool works befre you come and after you go. The hotel hids this fact and offers service that does ot exist. I would not book If I knew, I even wrote ahead to ask bu no oen bothered to reply.
Very basic breakfast.

Could have been better.
Pros:

The hot mineral pool was lovely, but needed some maintenance and a deep clean. The views are amazing, but all the windows were so grubby you couldn't see it that well.

Cons:

Our bathroom was awful, a cracked dirty bath, it leaked and there was a lot of damp patches and a sewerage smell. The food was nice traditional Bulgarian food but was cold as soon as it came out. The food was mostly gone 5 minutes after the restaurant opened and did not get replenished.
