Improvements necessary!
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, But beans and plate cold. Comfortable bed. Otherwise clean. Thus OK but not brilliant!

Cons:

The carpet in our room needed cleaning from stains. Comfortable bed. Otherwise clean. The shower did not have thermostatic control and temperature varied with others demand, and got far too hot at one point. The bathroom electrics were exposed and potentially dangerous too. Changes necessary for future.

Overall very unsatisfactory
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

The room was very tired and in need of refurbishment.
The carpets in the room and corridors looked old and not very clean.
Three out of five lights were not working in the bathroom making it very dingy. The light over the mirror above the sink had no bulb in it at all.
The pillows and bedding weren't good quality or very comfortable.
The bedroom furniture was shabby rather than chic.
I kept finding long brown hairs on various surfaces in my room (mine is short and blond), so not very clean.
Breakfast was the bare minimum I would expect and one of the two poached eggs I was served had a large, very visible piece of shell in it.

Someone from head office needs to visit and do a thorough check. Could be great so easily

Cons:

Rooms smelled of cigarettes. horrible huge stains on the carpets - bring slippers as they dont provide and you will not want to walk on the rooms carpet. Bed was terrible.

Wouldn't stay again over priced, not that great
Pros:

Room was dirty. Cobwebs in the room
Drinks overpriced
Burger was ok but again over priced
Got our room wrong when we arrived
Not alot of choice for breakfast, what we did order wasn't even avaliable
Some staff didnt seem to know what was going on

Pros:

Very central location to many places. Our room was very spacious and airy. Bed was comfortable and with fluffy towels. If you any problems they resolve very quickly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

The fan was dusty. Also could you please put in a bath mat as if you need a shower you need to get in the bath and it was slippery to get in and out.
