It would have been an extremely uncomfortable stay if not for the helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is close to Gare de Lyon, hence easy to get transport.

Cons:

Room was rather small for 2 people. Insufficient for baggage. In fact, we were initially given a room on the 4th floor with no lift. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description of the hotel while booking online. Very difficult to get suitcases up a spiral staircase for senior citizens.
Water did not flow down the drain easily making it difficult to shower in the cubicle.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla stazione (7 min a piedi).
Staff accogliente e reception aperta 24 ore.
Possibilità di fare colazione in struttura ad un prezzo relativamente basso.

Cons:

Camera e bagno davvero tanto piccoli e non pulitissimi.
Alloggiavamo in 2 e avevamo solo 1 asciugamano e mezzo rotolo di carta igienica.
Poca attenzione e manutenzione alla struttura.
Non c’è ascensore.

Cons:

Les gens qui ne respectent pas les personnes qui dorment ça claque les porte 1h du matin tape sur les murs et ça crie et parle comme en plein jour
Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit car le train a 6h

Pros:

L'acceuil, la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain.

Cons:

Etre au 3eme étage sans ascenseur surtout quand on passe huit jours et qu'on a pkusieurs valises.
J'aurais apprécié une petite bouilloir et une tasse dans la chambre.

Good for short stays if you are tight on budget
Pros:

It is 400m-500m from Gare de Lyon, so ok for an overnight budget stay, especially if you want to catch long distance train or want to explore the city on short trip. You can find many eating joints in the vicinity. The staff was polite and allowed us to store our luggage at the reception prior to check-in and after check-out, to allow us to explore the city. The room was small but clean, and even had a small fan. The beds were clean and comfortable. The towels and the bathroom were clean and toileteries were provided.

Cons:

There is no lift and staircase is narrow, and the room was on 4th floor, so if you have luggage then, be ready to do the lifting on your own. No drinking water provided in the room, but filled our bottles from the restaurant kitchen tap provided in the basement. No breakfast provided, though there is a small restaurant in the basement, which was not operational.

Chambre déplorable !!
Pros:

Plutôt bon emplacement, a 5 min d'une station de métro et a 15 min de l'Accor Arena. Lit propre.

Cons:

Le ménage est déplorable, la douche était pleine de moisissure et des odeurs remontaient du lavabo. Manque d'équipement, seuls 5 chaînes étaient disponibles sur la tv, et peu de rangement. Les serviettes de douche étaient également sales. Nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit car nous entendons absolument tout de la chambre de nos voisins.

Cons:

Endroit vétuste. Chambre avec la clanche qui grince. Obligé de claquer la porte et ça fait un boucan pas possible (pas idéal pour mes voisins de chambres)
