Pros:

I booked on booking.com & was promised good room with pool & garden facing bur no room was provided like that. No parking facility was provided as promised by booking.com. place & hotel was too unhygienic. Nothing was apealing. Wastage of money. Food at the restaurant was bad.too dirty hotel.

It was very low as compared to my expectations
Cons:

We checked in, in the morning. The room is extremely unpleasant. There is a tap continuously leaking in the washroom. They charged extra for the extra bed, It is a hard matress which has the feel of the rock. There is continuous loud and cheap music playing throughout the day because of we couldn’t sleep. The room walls are completely damp. Very dirty walls. They call themselves 4stars, but other than a dirty pool they have no service which falls under the 4 star category.
The 5star reviews are probably fake and bought.

The only things I liked about this hotel were the staff's behaviour and its location. Apart from these two aspects, I was not satisfied with anything else. The overall experience was disappointing.

The only things I liked about this hotel were the staff's behaviour and its location. Apart from these two aspects, my overall experience was very disappointing.

- No welcome drinks were offered upon arrival.
- The room was too small for the price charged.
- The paint was missing from parts of the room's false ceiling, and water leakage stains were clearly visible.
- The bathroom was very small.
- The bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic.
- The bathroom health faucet was not working.
- Complimentary mineral water was not provided in the room.
- The food quality was very poor.

Overall, the hotel did not provide value for money. Considering the room condition, bathroom cleanliness, facilities, and food quality, I was highly disappointed with my stay. The staff's behaviour and the hotel's location were the only positive aspects of my experience.
