Pros:

Hotel and staff were exceptional. We stored our bags there for a week while we were visiting Kyoto and Osaka and they kept it safe for no additional cost. We also couldnt attend 2 of our 3 prepaid breakfasts and they made sure to give us cupouns for shopping at the Muji building in same monetary value. Rooms are exceptional and smart and well designed and beautiful.

Pros:

Excellent location near a wide variety of high end shopping and food. Rooms are very modern and minimalist and feel like an apartment instead of a hotel room. The room comes with wonderful amenities including samples of Muji products available in the store downstairs. Everything from the lighting to the climate control is controlled via a tablet in the room, which is convenient.

Very comfy and ideal for shopping.
Pros:

It was very close to train station and metro, there is a bus stop to the Narita and Haneda Airport. A lot of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Good service. They keep your luggage until the check-in time and deliver your luggage to your room. There are free snacks and drinks in the room. The bed was very comfortable. There is a tea time available in the lobby.

Cons:

None
