Great stay in central Tokyo! Will definitely be back.
Pros:

Loved this hotel, great decor throughout - lots of Muji treats in the room! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location, near multiple stations and central shopping district.

Cons:

Small, uncomfortable room
Pros:

Staying above Muji was super because the whole MUJI concept is great; spent a good amount of time seeing all the interesting, well-designed merchandise.

Cons:

Was a bit surprised, especially given that this was after all Muji-design, at the poorly conceived room: for an anyway small room, the platform of the bed extended out. One side was anyway flush with the wall; the other extended down a few feet beyond the bottom of the mattress almost till the desk/window. And the walkway-side also extended out by a foot. This extended platform made navigating the room very cumbersome. Also, no place to store even one suitcase.

Amazing stay
Pros:

As a Muji fan, being able to stay at the hotel and experiencing the minimalist room with all Muji products is just amazing. Since it is also connected to Muji Ginza, I also had a fun time shopping and resting directly at the hotel afterwards. The Muji staff's thoughtfulness is also wonderful.

Cons:

There was just a slight hiccup in the payment for our breakfast which was not seen right away in the system, but it was quickly addressed.

Pros:

Great location and a lovely, well designed room. Really helpful staff. We included breakfast with our booking, but also loved the afternoon drinks and nibbles.
