This hotel is really good and I would definitely come back.
Pros:

A very good and clean hotel. You can see the thought put into the room design. The bed was super comfortable.
The staff was very nice and spoke English which is not that common in hotels in Japan.

Cons:

Some things were missing in the hotel lounge and breakfast and were not re-filled.
For example, I went to breakfast at 9:00 and they were out of milk and didn't refill it.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was 10/10, perfect distance to restaurants and shops. It was fun using MUJI products (stationary, skin care, and pyjamas) during our stay - we loved the pyjamas so much we bought some of our own! It was great having access to the hotel from the MUJI store.

Cons:

The shower smelt of stale urine.
