Очень милый и уютный отель

Cons:

Я заказал 2 номера: один на с одной большой кроватью, второй - с двумя отдельными. При заезде выяснилось, что оба номера с одной двухспальной кроватью, которая не раздвигается. При обсуждении с персоналом, они сообщили, что мне эти номера выдали как бонус, а изначально я должен был жить в номере гораздо хуже. Начали говорить, чтобы я смирился. После просьбы все таки поменять номер, мне начали говорить, что другой будет очень плохой. После обсуждения, мне заменили номер, который оказался абсолютно такой же, но с 2мя отдельными кроватями (никакой не старый). Вечером выяснилось, что в новом номере нет бутылки воды, как комплимент, и все только на одного проживающего (полотенце, салфетки и т.п.). Я снова пошел просить дать воду, и добавить полотенца, но мне сказали, что распределение происходит в 15.00 и более они ничего сделать не смогут. Порекомендовали налить воды в свою бутылку. В общем, отель прекрасный, но вот "осадочек" от персонала остался.

תמורה ומחיר כן שווה.
Pros:

בריכה גדולה, יש הרבה מקום גם מסביב ומדשאות. האוכל טעים בוקר וערב! אין הרבה גיוון אבל סבבה. צוות נחמד, הינו בחדרים החדשים. יש חניה בשפע

בגדול למי שיש ילדים בגילאי 0-2 זה קשוח המרחק מהעיר כל פעם עם העגלה והכל...
היתה בריחת מים מהמקלחת לריצפת האסלה, חלק מהמגבות היו עם שערות תקועות.
המזגן לא קירר ממש עד שבאו לסדר. המקרר לא קר מספיק (אין מקפיא)
ואין מרפסות.

מלון נהדר

מלון מצוין!
המלון נקי, תמיד היה כל מה שצריך, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד, בריכה גדולה, באים לקראת האורחים במה שאפשר, שמים לב שהמלון דואג לשהייה נעימה, הקפדה על עישון רק בפינות המיועדות לכך, וגם מציע יחסית מחירים הוגנים לעומת מלונות אחרים באילת ובוודאי נותן תמורה טובה.
מבחינתנו גם המיקום היה מצוין. המלון אמנם מחוץ לעיר אך קרוב לחופים יפים ולשמורת האלמוגים. יש מספר אפשרויות של מסעדות בסביבת המלון וגם מינימרקט. מבחינתנו זה היה מושלם לבלות את היום בבריכה ובחופים בסביבה ולקראת ערב לקפוץ לעיר. זה כמה דקות עם רכב, או אוטובוס ממש נוח להלוך, ולעיתים מונית, בעיקר לחזרה.

Отель находится в прекрасном
месте ,коралловый риф.Всё в пешей доступности , как выходишь на центральную дорогу буквально несколько минут море ,Ходили с детьми пешком от гостиницы 5-6мин парк водных горок В другую сторону 15мин ходьбы находится Океанариум
А ещё рядом в пешей доступности все дос находиться Риф с дельфинами пешком 20мин
Вообщем посетили достопримечательные места Эйлата.Дети довольны

I did not get the rest I was hoping . No reason to stay again at this hotel.
Pros:

The staff was trying to help, the entertainment program for kids was good, the location was very good - close to the coral reefs.

Cons:

The hotel is old, and requires renovation. The air-conditioning in one of our rooms (1 out of 2 rooms) was not working properly, and nothing was really done to improve it, in spite of my request. The lock in the bathroom was broken, but it was repaired upon my request. The mattress was not comfortable, and the pillows were really bad - at some point I just tried to sleep without a pillow at all. Also, we got rooms close to the elevators and the "Shabbat Elevator" made quite loud noise when stopping at our floor each time during the holiday. There was about 15min line to the breakfast area almost every day during our stay, which was unexpected for me even for the holiday season.

Good hotel, reasonable price
Pros:

Mostly the isolation from the city and the congestion of the other hotels and the malls is a big plus.
Being across the road from the beach and dive club is also handy.
The staff were very helpful.
The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was more than supple with many choices of salads, cheeses and hot dishes, including a cook who made eggs and omeletts of your choice.

Cons:

No balcony.
