Serious Scam
Pros:

I liked nothing at all, and I want to flag this hotel as a serious scam. The hotel was nothing like shown in the photographs.

Cons:

All the rooms were unclean, the beds had bugs, the bedsheets were not cleaned for days, the pillows were smelling like shit, there was no staff except for one rude guy at the reception who misbehaved with me and demanded extra money. This is a big big big scam. They show some different photos and the reality turns out to be horrific.

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with contemporary decor. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the efficient air conditioning, which made the stay relaxing. Housekeeping was consistent, and the staff ensured that basic necessities were always replenished.

Pros:

My stay at Super Townhouse Zero Mile was overall a decent experience for a budget hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom available for guests. The housekeeping service kept the rooms tidy, and the hotel also provides room service and an in-house restaurant. One of the best things about the hotel is its location near Zero Mile and the main road, which makes transportation convenient. The property is also reasonably priced, making it suitable for short stays or budget travelers.

Better book some other hotel.
Pros:

Newly built. Lobby and alleway clean and good. Tea is good.

Cons:

Rude staff. TV inoperative. Even after complaint no rectification. No geyser for hot water. Wifi available only in lobby area. Torn and stained bedsheet and towel. For the booking of 2 people only 1 towel provided. No toiletries other than hand wash being provided. Can't walk to the hotel in rainy season as road in pathetic condition.
