Newly built. Lobby and alleway clean and good. Tea is good.

Cons:

Rude staff. TV inoperative. Even after complaint no rectification. No geyser for hot water. Wifi available only in lobby area. Torn and stained bedsheet and towel. For the booking of 2 people only 1 towel provided. No toiletries other than hand wash being provided. Can't walk to the hotel in rainy season as road in pathetic condition.
