Pros:

Property is right next to river bed , all rooms offers river view.
Even though food is limited , it tastes better comparatively.
Well maintained lawn and pool
Staffs are friendly

Cons:

Small pool, not so attractive rooms, very less activities.
Feels little bored if we don't have enough company

It's for sure your weekend getaway and rain was a paid actor. Amazing stay. Staffs were too polite and helpful.

The accommodation and the staff were great. If the food improves, I’d definitely go back.

Overall very good experience. Nice location - on the Kabini River, big and neat rooms and nice vegetarian food. We took all meals package and was totally worth as there were no food joints of rest. to explore around in Kabini. Just the last stretch of 500m road to reach the Hotel is a little bad. So keep the buffer if you have to go for the Safari which is actually 10 mins away.

Cons:

Not much to complain.
But just that the loud noise of the tent next to us who kept the TV on till late night and as the property is in jungle zone the noise of the TV was a little disturbing.

Located well for safari but not value for money

Pros:

The property is located at the shore of Kabini lake was simply great. As soon as you woke early in the morning and open your balcony sliding door, the view of the sunrise, cool breeze and the lake view is fabulous. If you are spending the evening in the balcony chairs with a cup of tea also gives a wonderful feeling overall. Having many categoris od room options were also essential, which they have fulfilled.Food was delicious as chefs are really good with versatile cooking. The cuisines are inclusive of both North & South Indian. Chefs were also good in terms of understanding guests require and make customization as requested by guests, which I really appreciate a lot. Receptionist and all other supporting staff were really helpful in overall aspects of staying in this property. We really enjoyed the pool with a infinity view of the lake as well. Overall it was really a good experience. We faced an incident of a snake coming into our room. But the staff members and helping staff came for our safety and acted upon it quickly and the snake was taken away and left to the wild without harming it. We appreciate the efforts of all members from the property to take care of the guests with utmost importance keeping the safety of the guests as the primary goal.

Cons:

1) Roads to the property are to be improved a lot.
2) They could incorporate adding some more games like Table Tennis and 8 ball - pool board which will also add up to the number of games included which will attract more customers.
3) Inclusion of some of the more unique cuisines/food will also add up the importance of guests having their breakfast, lunch, Hi-tea and dinner. Breakfast spread also need some improvements.
4) Bathrooms fixtures and setup were little unorganized, which needs improvement.
5) Plug points were less. It is not that greatly required but having them throughout the room will be convenient for guests to access the plug points for different purposes.
6) Floor mats, carpets, etc in some rooms are soiled. They need replacement or proper washing to have them cleaned.
7) Thorough check on the cleanliness of each room for spider webs, infestation of rodents, etc are also to be done regularly.
