The staff were helpful and friendly and everyone was very welcoming.
Pros:

It was lovely to have a room for the 3 of us together and to have the en-suite bathroom and the breakfasts were amazingly good👍

Cons:

We had a room at the back of the property so we didn’t have a view of the harbour but that was fine as it was the only 3-bedroom apartment available 👍

Wonderful hotel and great value.
Pros:

Fantastic location below Gorey Castle. Wonderful staff that .make you very welcome. Manager recognised me from previous stay and had upgraded me to a larger room. Breakfast is one of the best in Jersey. Evening meal in the restaurant was outstanding and good value. All staff are very helpful.

Cons:

The weather! Never stopped raining all week. There are a few very minor issues with the room such as noisy air extractor in bathroom and slightly loose window. But there was a Force 7 wind battering the hotel so not a complaint. Nowhere is 100% perfect and I don't want to be negative about such a wonderful hotel and restaurant.
