Dante (de eigenaar) heeft ons opgelicht en wij krijgen nog €48 euro van hem retour.

Cons:

De eigenaar dante heeft ons toen wij aan het parkeren waren in de garage onmiddellijk agressief opgebeld. Hij schreeuwde dat wij alles moesten annuleren en wij nergens meer gebruik van konden maken. Bij aankomst hotel was er een familie met zwangere vrouw tegen wie Dante óók schreeuwde: zij dienden ook alles te annuleren en moesten maken dat ze wegkwamen. Wij hebben nog €48 betaald voor de parkeergarage en die wilde hij ons niet teruggeven: hij heeft ons gigantisch opgelicht! Domani Hotels is een scam … heel zuur en onwerkelijk dit!

A really lovely place to stay. Quiet with good access to tourist attractions.
Pros:

Very clean. A good location for exploring the city and for catching intercity bus - both short walks. Streaming in TV easy to use, good coffee making facilities and a comfy bed.

Cons:

External lights went off a little late. Maybe a blackout blind would be helpful.

Self-check in went really well. WhatsApp notification about giving a days notice for early bag drop off arrived on day of check in but had seen this in an email although still too late.

Both these points are minor - we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

A cosy place to stay, conveniently located close to the city centre. Everything you need is available in this small space, including working air conditioning. Comfortable, convenient and cosy.

Vlekken in de bedlakens, bed dat heel erg trillende en ze krijgen het niet voor elkaar om een bedrijfsfactuur te sturen. Wacht al 5 weken
