Magical
Pros:

Wonderful location, right on the beach. The place is magical

Cons:

As it is in the middle of the Jaguar reserve, guests too have to pay the fees daily. The hotel sells the tickets so it is ok, but it has to be taken into consideration

Cons:

La salle de bain n’est pas dans la chambre, dommage. Il manquais un peu d’équipement comme serviette de plage, sèches cheveux…

Een oase van rust middenin het Jaguar park.
Pros:

Een bijzondere plek midden in het Jaguar park, direct aan het strand. Idyllische plek met erg vriendelijk personeel en een fijne kamer. Ook het personeel van de kleine Beach club (die erg toegankelijk en chill is, verwacht geen grote Beach club) was erg behulpzaam.

Lugar sin mucho lujo, pero con la mejor playa y atención del caribe mexicano
Pros:

Ubicado en una reserva natural, muy protegido y seguro. Cuenta con lo indispensable. Si bien no tiene heladera en la habitación, te proveen de hielo y una conservadora. El agua caliente de la ducha estaba increíble! Mejor que en hoteles de lujo. La comida del resto excelente. Nos hicimos masajes en la playa y fue inolvidable! La mejor playa de la zona, muy limpia y con camastros y puf en la playa muy cómodos! Volveríamos sin duda!

Virkelig et ferie paradis i Tulumn. Kan varmt anbefales hvis du vil trække stikket og slappe af.
Pros:

Virkelig stemningsfuldt sted som giver en lyst til at slappe af og bare nyde de skønne omgivelser inde og ude. Tændes fakler om aften - så hyggeligt. De store puder ved stranden er så hyggelige at flyde i. Virkelig lækker morgenmad der kan købes i restauranten og super sød personale.

Cons:

At restauranten lukker allerede kl 17. Der er andre spisesteder i nærheden men ville gerne have nydt at kunne blive på hotellet

Pros:

The accommodation is a gem in the middle of a quiet area. The beach is amazing, the swimming pool is a nice addition and the room and bed were comfortable considering the location. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Everything can be paid for by card or cash and the area can be reached by car. Accommodation has also free parking.

However, it should be noted that the accommodation is located in a nature reserve, which charges a daily entrance fee per person.

Cons:

The only small downside of the accommodation was that the restaurant was only open until 6 PM. However nearby you find places that offer dinner.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Strand direkt am Hotel sowie die sehr bequemen Sitzkissen und Liegeflächen am Strandbereich. Dort konnten wir die Zeit wirklich genießen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider sehr enttäuschend. Es war komplett dunkel und sehr klein, ohne Fenster und ohne richtiges Tageslicht. Als Beleuchtung gab es lediglich eine Nachttischlampe, was den Raum noch ungemütlicher machte. Zudem gab es kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung ordentlich unterzubringen. Insgesamt entsprach das Zimmer überhaupt nicht den Fotos auf der Website. Auch die Dusche war problematisch, da nur sehr wenig Wasser herauskam.

Wir würden definitiv empfehlen, eine höhere Zimmerkategorie zu buchen – in der Standardvariante ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht angemessen.

Wir hatten versehentlich ein sehr kleines Zimmer gebucht mit kleinem Balkon. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns dann am nächsten Tag ein größeres und komfortableres Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt

Sehr schöne Anlage
Pros:

Die Lage is wunderbar und sehr schöne , besondere Anlage. Auch die Sonnenliegen am Strand und am Pool sind sehr bequem und nicht überfüllt. Man hat viel Privatsphere.
Parking -ok👍
Personal sehr nett.
Sie stellen eine Kühlbox zu Verfügung, anstatt Mini Kühlschrank. Finde ich eine gute Lösung.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer, die Ablage für Sachen fehlte, kleines Bett. Für leichtes reisen ganz ok( wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht und den Koffer im Auto gelassen) sonst wäre etwas Mühsam gewesen.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans une cabane avec terrasse offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, en plein cœur du parc Jaguar. La plage est splendide et l’ensemble du site ressemble à un véritable petit paradis sur terre.
L’accès au parc est payant chaque jour (6 € par personne si vous sortez ), mais cela en vaut la peine. Nous avons choisi de passer nos trois jours sur place dans le parc sans sortir, afin de profiter pleinement du calme et de la plage.
Les ruines de Tulum sont dans le parc et à 20 mn à pied de l'hôtel.
On y trouve également de très bons restaurants. Les prix sont parfois un peu élevés, mais ce séjour restera pour nous un merveilleux souvenir.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé que le restaurant n'était pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel.D'ailleurs il faut que le déjeuner.Il ferme à 17h.

Beautiful location, but the facilities were very rustic.
Pros:

The beach was beautiful. It was the best spot on the beach. Nice friendly staff.

Cons:

The property was 2 star. I stayed 4 nights and the bathroom towels were never replaced with clean, dry towels. There was no shower head, just the faucet pipe for the shower. It was a rustic cabin, very small with only a few hooks to hang clothes. Taxi to hotel zone was $35 USD one way for just a couple mile trip.

Sympa pour quelques nuits en bord de mer
Pros:

La proximité avec la plage est excellente, la piscine en bord de mer est très belle pour se rafraichir.
J'aime beaucoup la disposition de cette hôtel et c'était relativement easy comme check-in / check-out pour nous en pleine journée. J'avais choisi cette option justement pour être un peu déconnectée (et ca tombe bien le wifi marche pas vraiment).

Cons:

L'établissement se trouve dans le parc Jaguar donc vous devez payer une fee indépendante de l'hotel pour y séjourner mais l'avantage c'est qu'il y a moins de monde du coup.
Ce sont des cabanes "rustiques", toutes différentes et la mienne n'était pas très grande donc pas de place pour ouvrir nos 2 bagages.
