Wi-FI connection and the location
Amazing sunset on the roof. Hidden location, but if you don’t wanna meet a lot of people - a perfect place
Firstly , the staff that they have are incredibly attentive, so lovely
I paid for a 1 bedroom apartment and I was in for a rude awakening , the room was smaller than advertised , the shower had cobwebs the sink was incredibly dirty as was the fridge . There were sticky substances on the floor crumbs on the seats one tv was switching on and off the wifi wasn’t working the curtains were detached there were cobwebs under the cabinets which were above my bed which made me extremely uncomfortable as were there cob webs on the balcony doors which did not close properly leaving mosquitoes to feast on you at night dirty pillows on the bed with all types of stains the shower doesn’t even get warm just strictly cold
Honestly the most incredible & luxurious place we have ever stayed!
- The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable
- The kitchen facilities in our studio were excellent & included everything we could’ve possibly needed Inc Knives, plates, coffee machine, fridge & freezer!
- The pool & roof top had the most spectacular views of the jungle
- The security staff were incredible! Always really eager to help, and just really lovely!
- The pool was clean!
- This building is like brand new so everything is perfect!
- EXTREMELY good value. you won’t regret booking this lovely place!
- To get into your room you type it into the touch screen pin pad! (Really High-Tech!)
- Sadly the Roads weren’t great to get to this property, however this area is very new and lots of luxury apartments are being built so I imagine in the near future they will resurface the road and this shouldn’t be an issue!
- The pool was lovely, however had a lot of chlorine in, it dyed my white swimming costume & my HAIR Green 😬!!

the place is new, beds are extremely comfortable, the location is bit far and not so nice roads to get there. but worth it.
the AC did worked right in 1 of the rooms.

This acomodation was amazing. Apartment is exactly like on photos. Kitchen is pretty large and everything was new and clean.
The hotel is located far from city center. Staff were only spanish speaking.
