I had an outstanding experience thanks to **Jack**. From the moment I met him, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful in every possible way.

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter unglaublich zuvorkommend und umsichtig.
Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer herrlich ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen:)

Cons:

Der Pool war leider unter

jeder Kritik, das Wasser war sehr schmutzig.
Das ist allerdings der einzige Kritikpunkt

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located, but what stood out most was the exceptional staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Jacob, who helped us navigate the city and recommended wonderful family-friendly places to visit. His outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable.

期待を上回る快適さ
Pros:

部屋が広く、バスタブ、洗濯機もあり、とても快適に過ごせた。日本のTVが全局リアルタイムで視聴できたのは嬉しかった。朝食はフォーや卵料理がオーダー出来てとても美味しかった。ヨーグルトとプリンも美味しかった。スタッフも親切丁寧で最高のホテルだった。

Cons:

旧市街から離れているので観光は不便かもしれない。但しタクシーが安いので大きな問題では無い。

◎3泊4日利用／未就学児2名を連れてでしたので2ベッドルームを予約（日本人ファミリーです）
【立地】
・旧市街から10分程であるが、とても静かで昼夜問わず快適
・ホテルから2分程度でWinmart（コンビニのような場所）や、5分程でFUJIスーパー（小さなスーパー）あり
・騒音は苦手、観光地へのアクセスは妥協できない方にはベストなホテル
【衛生】
・室内プールやジムはほぼ貸し切り状態で、ごみや虫もおらず常時清潔
・部屋はシーツ含め清潔で、スタッフは清掃員含めて廊下で靴を脱いでくれる
・潔癖気味の私でも、毎日気持ちよく過ごせるレベルで掃除が行き届いている
・水回り含め、消耗品は毎日新しいものを準備してくれる
【対応】
・スタッフは明るく優しい方ばかり
・ホテルと常時メッセージがとれるLINEがあるので、英語やベトナム語ができなくても気軽に質問や問い合わせが可能
・偶然お会いした「オーナー様」は日本人でありながら、ベトナム滞在者であり現地にとても詳しい
・オーナー様含めスタッフの皆様は、子供に対しても笑顔で対応、見守ってくれ、安心できる
【設備】
・冷蔵庫、洗濯機、食器、包丁、鍋類、レンジの設備は長期滞在や子連れには最高
・お風呂やシャワーの水圧・バスタブは文句なし、バスタブもすぐ溜めることが可能
・トイレは日本製のTOTO、海外ホテルでは珍しいウォシュレット付き
・カーテンの遮光、エアコンの効きは完璧です

Cons:

◎気になる点は全くございませんが、欲を言えば…という点
・夕食時は旧市街までのルートは渋滞で20～30分かかることもある
・徒歩圏内でのレストランは比較的ローカル
・室内プールは陽が沈むごとに水温が下がるので午前の利用がおすすめ
