De staff was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ongekend fijne mensen!

De familiekamer had 2 verdiepingen, dat was erg cool.

Zwembad was erg fijn voor de kinderen.

Al met al een luxueus top hotel.

estuvimos prácticamente un mes para unos trámites de la embajada con una niña recién adoptada. Nos hicieron sentir en casa del primer al último minuto... Nada más que se pueda decir. No hay mejor alojamiento en Hanoi para el trato estupendo de todo su personal

Exactly what we needed! If you want comfort and luxury that you can relax in whilst on your travels - this is the place. Close enough to downtown. We moved out of an old town accommodation to come here.

We loved this hotel. Big comfortable rooms with excellent hot water. The breakfast was exceptional, participatory the fresh fruit. And the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Everything! Had all the facilities needed and more - having the swim, jacuzzi and sauna funtions after a long day of sight seeing were bliss.
Breakfast was included, plentiful and lots of options - delicious! It was also nice and relaxed, small buffet style unlike the chaos of bigger hotels.
Staff were super friendly, professional and helpful, any request is just a whatsapp, call or chat away. Extra special thanks to Jacob who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, in particular sharing a feature on google maps to pin point many useful places from local supermarkets, eateries/coffee shops, and best places to visit for tourist re landmarks etc. He checked in to make sure everything was going well and to let us know he was there if needed - 10/10 service!
Being on the lake and slightly out of old quater etc but was nice as a bit of a different vibe, could Grab in to central places in around 20 mins, for £2 give ir take so no bother!
Super happy this was our last stop and would 100% come back.

We absolutely loved our stay but what truly made it exceptional was the warmth, friendliness, and genuine care from every single staff member. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

A very special mention to Hoang, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He thoughtfully has created a personalised Google Map filled with hidden gems we would never have discovered on our own and they ended up being some of the highlights of our trip. Hoang also generously gave his time to answer our many questions about Vietnam and its culture, which we truly valued. His kindness and pride in sharing his country really stood out.

Honestly, the level of service from Hoang and the entire team was equal to, if not better than, what you would expect from a premium 5-star hotel.

Breakfast was consistently fresh, delicious, and something we looked forward to each morning. Our room had everything we needed, and the inclusion of a washing machine and dryer was such a thoughtful touch, especially towards the end of our trip. Our room was clean and fantastic service daily.

We also loved the pool and gym area, perfect for unwinding and the location was ideal. Being so close to the river made for beautiful morning walks and a great way to start the day.

We would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to anyone travelling to Hanoi, Vietnam. Thank you for such a memorable experience! You made our trip truly special.
