It had a very friendly staff which was very supportive.
It was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes. The floor was cracked. It was also very dusty.

Location is great. Easy access with car and motorbike.
1. Lúc đến thì cửa phòng 409 ko mở đc. Nhân viên xếp cho sang phòng 408. Mở cửa ra là thấy chục con gián túa ra từ vết nứt trên sàn. Thảm có 1 vết bàn là bị cháy. Điều hoà ko hoạt động hiệu quả. Ko mát nên phải dùng quạt. Hôm sau đổi lại cho sang phòng 409 thì ko thấy gián.
2. Nhân viên thái độ tệ. Khách complain có gián hay điều hoà k hoạt động thì k hề có lời xin lỗi. Hỏi pass wifi thì nhắn booking hay zalo đều k trả lời. Hôm sau xuống lễ tân hỏi thì nhân viên hỏi "Chị nhắn lúc nào?". Nhưng cũng k baoh thấy có lời trả lời. Nhắn lúc nào k quan trọng mà quan trọng hôm sau cũng k thấy nói pass wifi là gì?
3. Khăn bị tưa rách nát mà vẫn dùng.

Phòng thi tạm ổn có hoi bé nhưng Hầm để xe quá bẩn, rác chất đầy cả ra ngoài thùng như để mấy hôm không vứt mùi hôi thối không chịu nổi, mỗi lần xuống lấy xe phải bịp mũi rồi chạy vào thật nhanh vì chuột cắn túi rác tha đi rác chồng chất bốc mùi
