Because to the next room young guys were making noise and doing party around at 2 o clock and they were drunk .Security was unable to handle the situation called 5 times to stop the music

Spotless rooms with all thinkable luxury (including excellent shower, well functioning air con,...) and very well serviced.
Very helpful staff, they do anything they can.
Allthough thé hotel is functionally excellent, it lacks a bit of character and personality. The organisation of thé staff is sometimes erratic (especially in the restaurant). Price is quite high.
The location is very attractive and pleasant. I booked family room but the lady at reception complementary upgrade me with premium family room the staff were very professional over all very good experience
Very bad internet. I complained several times but nothing happened. Always carry your own hotspot with you. And last the prices of restaurants were very very high. I was with my family of 4 and both night it was higher then 15k

Situated at a location where it offers amazing views of the mountains.

Everything was great. The Hunzai hospitality was the icing on the cake. We originally planned to stay 2 nights but extended our stay because of how blown away we were by this property. This place is the closest thing to heaven on earth.

Staff: 9/10
Everyone was kind and eager to help. The only issue we had is that we had asked for our rooms to be cleaned prior to leaving for a detour and came back to the hotel 12 hours later only that the room is not clean. The staff responded that they forgot that this room was not clean.
Food: 9/10
Breakfast spread was diverse and a lot of options. We had dinner two nights at the hotel and options were also very flavorful and fresh. I do recommend if they consider offering salad and fruit with the breakfast and dinner menu.

Our rooms are very spacious and clean. All the toiletries you could need were nicely stocked in the bathroom. With the exception of one day one thing was missed, staff were very attentive with the upkeep
I came here to celebrate Eid holiday with my family. Although we heard great things and read great reviews about this hotel; unfortunately our stay didn’t match the standards previously commented on. I hope my feedback serves as direction and recommendations to better the experience for future guest.
Amenities: 5/10
When we checked in, we were notified that the WiFi was spotty and it would be up and running in a hour or so. Mind you we’re traveling from abroad so we highly depend on WiFi to reach out to loved ones. During our entire stay (4 days), we got maybe a good 40 mins of WiFi. I understand the lake and the nature surrounding the hotel what should really be focused on but unfortunately our flight out to the next destination was rescheduled and we did not get notification until several hours later due to the lack internet AND phone connection.
The hotel staff were helpful and allowed us to use their desktop to rebook but that still was spotty. We ended up checking out early and going to a near by cafe to get internet access to rebook our flights.
Another issue that was very frustrating was that we specifically selected this hotel because of the gym that was advertised. When we got to the hotel, we were told that there were renovations happening around the gym area and patrons were not allowed to go down. Every morning I called to see if I was allowed access to the gym and I was told it was still under renovation. One of the days, I was rather frustrated about not being able to work out so one of the hotel stuff allowed my husband and I use the gym space even though it was not clean and there was work being done outside. My issue is if you were going to advertise having a gym space, make sure it’s accessible to patrons. When I brought this up to management, they said that because I booked through a third-party a.k.a. Booking.com, they were not able to notify me at the gym was not in service. I told that’s incorrect and they could’ve used reached out to me
Great views of Attabad Lake. Truly a great destination
Everything about my stay was perfect, from the warm hospitality to the room setup. They even upgraded our room, which was such a lovely surprise! It honestly exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the location was ideal — peaceful, scenic, and close to everything I needed.
There’s honestly nothing I didn’t like. Every detail was taken care of beautifully. Can’t think of anything, it was truly a flawless experience.
