the room, the pool, the gals that clean were AMAZING! 'most' staff good.

Horrible owner! Rude, dismissive, didn't care. Will NEVER go back or send friends and family. Most of the staff was excellent. Some were too pushy, not helpful, overcharged, added things to the bill. Extremely disappointed. And I was with a friend from the US who by marriage was related to owner; he even ripped her off. We got our Tortuga Island tickets for $60 less, yes $60 dollars LESS. Oh, and for clarity; we spent over $3000 dollars just at Club Ibiza, we didn't want or expect anything for free.

El servicio de Cinthia en el desayuno y Luis en el bar de la piscina fue excepcional, muy humanos y una actitud inmejorable muy satisfecho!!!

El ingreso externo de las habitaciones habría Sido mejor un ingreso interno o una salida al patio desde las habitaciones.

Los fines de semana hacen fiestas con DJ y la música es demasiado alta, la fiesta termina hasta las 2 am los que vamos con hijos no logramos descansar

Fatal nos quedamos una noche en u habitación pequeña , pagamos 125 dolares por dos , y nos dejaron dormir hasta las 02 de la mañana , era increíble el escándalo.... Nunca más volveremos.
