Pros:

Boa localização,bairro tranquilo e seguro. Nota-se a presença de vários seguranças e polícia pela zona, já que é uma zona de embaixadas e consolados. Quartos limpos e funcionários prestaveis. Boa relação preço qualidade, mas o pequeno almoço é muito básico. É o ponto a melhorar.

Pros:

The location is fantastic, staff were very helpful and facilities are very good, plus the gym is included in the price of the room.

Cons:

The thing that I didn't like was the problem with water. The water is gone for almost 24 hours due to technical issues with the water pump. Breakfast is a joke, the rest are all good.

KIND staff / LOW quality 'hotel'

The staff was kind and helpfull, the facility was clean

Cons:

While exploring different hotels in Cape Verde, I got fooled by the word hotel and the nice AI photo's incl one of a beach at the end of the 'street'. Meanwhile the truth is far from it. The 'hotel' is more like a hostel with private rooms. I booked a 4 person room, on arrival the room was under construction, after 2 nights I was transferred to a room with 2 beds and no door handle on the inside. Breakfast was at the bare minimum with little to no variety. There is no room service, and even drinking your morning cofee in the room is strictly forbidden. The rooms are not equiped with a iron, the hous maid provides the ironing service (mon-sat) at CVE rate acc to the garnment you wish to have ironed. The accomodation also serves as a gym/hang out, with very moisy (loud)local visitors untill the early hours. The hostel is poorly lit, which makes outings after dark a hazourdous experience. The facility has 3 floors with no elevator and is not suited for the elderly or handicapped. The neighboorhood is far off, in a residential area, so you either need to rent a car or spend a good amount of your budget on taxi fares.

Chegar do aeroporto depois das 23h e ter a reserva já há pelo menos 2 meses, e chegar a recessão e dizerem que não tinhas reserva. Um grande stress. Chegar a um país é de noite . E ficares sem chão. Depois de estar montes de tempo a tentar explicar que sim e ter a reserva na mão. Lá se decidiram de nos deixar ficar. Quartos sem produtos para banho. Sem possibilidade de fazer café nem chá. Enfim começou logo mal a estadia. Nas fotos mostrava ter cuscus para o pequeno almoço. Por azar naquele dia não tinham
