Nous étions dans la chambre 309, au plus proche su guichet d'accueil.
Sonneries de téléphone et discussions incessantes toute la nuit de la part du personnel..

Hotel situato a pochissimi chilometri dall’aeroporto
Ideale per Voli alla mattina, molto presto

Cons:

Bagno indecente, soffione doccia rotto, piatto doccia senza cabina doccia.
Presenza di capelli nel letto e nei cuscini, davvero agghiacciante.
Dietro la tenda della camera anziché trovare una finestra, trovi un muro.

Sur booking il était noté qu’il y avait un restaurant hors ça n’est plus le cas . Nous avions choisi cet établissement pour cela puisque nous n’avions pas de voiture et pas de restaurant aux alentours. Gros point négatif

The room was simple, but very spacious and clean. The staff person who I talked to was responsive and helpful.

Cons:

My room was next to the front desk, so it was a little louder at times. The shower didn't have a screen or curtain to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. While the hotel is close to the airport, there isn't much around it. You'll need your own car or take a taxi to go to or from the airport.

El baño estaba horrible, la ducha no tragaba y estaba todo encharcado.
Las camas estaban destrozadas, colchones blandos blandos, almohadas reventadas, las luces era con neones parecía sacado de un puti
No lo recomiendo nada, tuvimos que acabar la noche porque a la mañana siguiente cogíamos el avión y estaba a 2km pero no se lo aconsejo a nadie . No hay nada para cenar o comer allí a no ser que llames al establecimiento para reservas, el bar que hay justo a bajo solo da desayunos y lo único que hay cerca es un market

We arrive quite late at night but the reception was open and the gentleman was friendly, kind and helpful. Also, on checking out 2 ladies were there both were kind and humbly let us convert cash in euros. Highly recommend for affordable price. And not too far from Airport.

I DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS HOTEL!

I needed an invoice/receipt in order to receive reimbursement from the airline for my delayed flight. I contacted the hotel 3 times asking for the document. Each time they only replied with “ok”, but I never received the invoice.

Because of this, I was unable to receive reimbursement from the airline for the hotel stay.

Very disappointing communication and customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMAND!

Nuk e rekomandoj këtë hotel.

Më duhej një faturë/kupon për të marrë rimbursim nga kompania ajrore për fluturimin e vonuar. Kontaktova hotelin 3 herë duke kërkuar dokumentin. Çdo herë ata vetëm përgjigjeshin me “ok”, por kurrë nuk mora faturën.

Për shkak të kësaj, nuk munda të marr rimbursimin nga kompania ajrore për qëndrimin në hotel.

Komunikim dhe shërbim ndaj klientit shumë zhgënjyes!
